Service at this Burberry is so bad they won’t even put their store name on Google any more.Return policy is only 14 days, vs Burberry online which gives you 30.People working there do not care about the customer, only their commissions.Very sad to see a nice brand have a store that is so poorly managed. Specially at a great mall like NorthPark, where most stores have much, much better service.

UPDATE DEC 18I got contacted by Samantha, from the store. The package was lost in transit by the delivery company. I appreciate the follow-up. However, the product was shipped without gift receipt.I had to share the original receipt with the person receiving the gift. This should never be the case.Because of this, we decided to just return the products (no need to be victim of flaw after flaw in customer service). And guess that yes, I had to go in person with my card to get reimbursed.I communicated all of this to Patrick, the manager. I hope they consider the feedback to improve.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Horrible experience buying from this store. I purchased two accessories for a birthday gift directly at the North Park boutique (thinking it was the smartest way to do it vs online). One of the accessories was not available and I was told that they could ship the items to me in 3-4 business days. Almost 9 business days later, no items have been delivered. I have contacted the customer service line 3 times and left with the promise to be contacted by the North Park store personnel without any follow-up.It is very disappointing to see that I rather received products from lower cost brands, and even stuff from Temu way faster than a "prestigious" brand like Burberry.Reputation is one thing, but it should be maintained and properly supported. Otherwise brands start losing value.*For store reference, this is transaction #631, purchased on December 3rd, North Park Dallas store.

purchased a belt and had to return it because we had bought the wrong size. Forgot her name but some middle aged white female staff said there was a “scratch” on it so it couldn’t be returned when we had never even worn it. We argued in the store for about 10 minutes until a different staff member had to step in and help us return it. Turns out it wasn’t even a big deal, the white lady was just being stubborn.

I really don’t understand why it’s so difficult to get a hold somebody in the store. I’ve been trying to get a hold of somebody for a couple days now and I cannot get a hold of anybody. And they disconnect the line. Disappointed

This location needs to hire a new batch of people to maintain the brand at its level.. very poor customer service.. i will not be shopping at this location again ver again.. they will loose business big time!! Pathetic, ridiculous etc etc customer service.. will rate them - infinity for their service

What started off as a “not so great experience” regarding a repair, was completely turned around to a fabulous experience solely because of Sherrie. She is the definitely of top-notch service. I would recommend only working with Sherrie Spence.

I have bought 3 bags and wallets with Alana. She is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. She goes out of her way to make customers feel good. I will most definitely be purchasing from her again in the near future.

Me and my wife visited this store on 3-4-23. With literally several commission workers on the clock they all ignored me and my wife and jumped on the Asian customers when they walked in. Classic example of stereotyping. Will never return to this store.

BE WARNED BLACK CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!I went to this location today 1/10/23 to return a pair of shoes I purchased online. After the return was made, my husband started browsing at the mens jackets. He tried one on and a black security looking women was staring at him as if he was going to run out the store with it and then the other black lady who helped with the return rudely took the jacket out of his hands without asking or knowing if he was done looking at the jacket. They do not even try to hide their stereotypical actions and the worst part about it is my husband is BLACK as well. These insulting actions caused him to no longer want to buy the jacket. The funny thing is there was another man trying on a jacket and he did not have the rent a cop eyeballing him the whole time. My husband confronted them about the harassment and they stated its nothing but Burberry policy and said they were there to be his stylist. Sure.... then why did they not help with anything else. I do not get it how the workers of the store are treating the customers as if they are the poor peasants, you are the ones working there not us.

i bought the glasses at the store, but when i got home and opened it, there was no glasses only the empty box and i called the store they told me i went back to the store to get the glasses and i had to go back to the store to get the glasses what a waste of my time , the staff there forgot to put my glasses in the box , the service was terrible and i will not come back again

Today November 29, 2022 I visited the Northpark Mall and spoke with both department managers Allyena Thomas and Kristy Miller for a replacement of defective manufacturing of the zipper seams of my Burberry belt bag (purchased November 2019 before the pandemic in Dubai). Both Kristy and Allyena said it was normal wear and tear which they refused to replace it or even offer partial reimbursement towards a new belt bag which I asked and suggested. The customer service they both portrayed is not an image should exist in Burberry which sells these bags internationally. I suggest to warn all customers all belt bags including defective ones purchase at your own risk. The customer service was very blunt and rude with a touch of nonchalantness in their attitudes. I patronize many Burberrys all over the world including in Dubai and Europe but first time I experienced such customer service. Burberry customers beware and get it all in writing though I had receipts and authenticity cards. Gid willing Burberry changes its policy and customer service on their apparently clearly defective merchandise. Even though I purchased it 2019 just before COVID this should all be taken I’m consideration. Allyena and Kristy gave or showed me no proof of return policy of defective merchandise so beware of the tartan belt bags as it’s not leather and no guarantee due too defects.

This location is closed! Unfortunately, no one bothered to update the website to notify customers. I’ve wasted almost two hours on a beautiful Sunday to exchange an online purchase. Now it will simply be returned. Thanks for saving me money, Dallas Burberry!

This has to be one of the poorest experiences I'vehad with a retail brand of any budget, let alone aluxury brand. I've had my wallet around 3 years and about a year ago the bottom stitch started coming undone. That can happen, ok, so I take it into a store and am asked to have it sent off for 4-6 weeks and also pay a $50 charge to have it fixed, fine because I like the wallet and use it daily. I get it back after closer to 10 weeks later and them almost losing my wallet and barely a year later the "fix" they made is ripping off and completely undone. I take it into the NorthPark store thinking surely they can fix it again or offer another option as it clearly has not held up to. quality standards. Instead, I'm asked to purchase a completely new one on my own dime. For a luxury store, or any store for that matter, this was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had.

Terrible service. The entire staff including/especially the manager did not know how to handle months of patience waiting and inquires from my end, in an effective manner. Loss of productivity is something that I loathe, more than anything, due to the loss experienced on both sides of the equation by both parties involved. I simply cannot recommend buying from Burberry directly unless you agree with their flaky business statement that they have made here.
