Bi-Lo Auto Salvage deserves 5 stars for the amazing deals they hooked me up with! David was the GOAT—he found parts for my Hummer that don’t even exist anymore, which was a total life saver. On top of that, they went the extra mile and drove me to the yard I needed to go to. I’m definitely referring this place to all my boys. Top-notch service all around!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! THEY GAVE ME A BAD TRANSMISSION THE FIRST TIME, I TOOK IT BACK, GOT ANOTHER, MIND U MY VEHICLE QUIT IN OKC, I WENT ALL THE WAY THERE THE MECHANICS PUT THE TRANSMISSION IN AND ITS A BAD ONE TOO! NOW IM STUCK IN OKC & ALL THEY SAY THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO! DALLAS TO OKC IS 3 1/2 hrs. & THEY NOT TRYING TO FIX THE SITUATION AT ALL! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!!

Great group of guys. I've bought engines , transmissions, and other parts . Parts arts are good and in the slight chance part is bad . Parts are replaced quickly without hassle. Great place to do business.

They do not have their inventory organized. Be very careful if you come from a distance because you waste time confirming by call that you do have parts and you don't.

After calling so many places that weren't very helpful found this place and they had exactly what I needed the guys were really cool and price was good too.The guy even took the part of and showed me how to put it back on..

Terrible service, I bought an engine that had some parts damaged, an agreement was made and when I arrived at the place again they said something else, I made 2 turns in vain so that they would not keep their word.

I will say this place sold me a faulty part. Radiator support bracket was broken off they should have noticed. But they did let me exchange for a good part, no returns.
