Gerardo was very kind and understanding and helpful. We went through a very tough situation but he calmed us down and listened to our concerns and then found the best way to help us. I am very thankful for his help. And the young lady in the counter was very kind and supportive. She tried to help us as much as she could at the time that the other lady was not even looking at us….

I recently opened an account here with Travis and Semigne and I couldn't be more pleased with their exceptional service. They were both knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to assist me throughout the process. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I am a client of the Bank of America for more then 20 years and I never had such a horrible experience as today, my cousin misplaced his reading glasses and he call to the bank this morning and the gentleman who answered the phone say he has his reading glasses; my cousin wasn’t feeling well so his send an email and a phone call explained to him give the glasses to me, when I was at this brunch I ask for the person who has the glasses and the manager of the branch was at the door, he say his the manager and he treated me extremely unprofessional and rude , he didn’t not let me explain why I was there , he just repeated I am the manager in a horrible and rude way . I think his name is hector , this person should not has that position, he does not represent the Bank of America of this branch , he was very rude , how he treated a client like that , so I have to go back and bring my cousin when he wast feeling well, when we when there, they didn’t have the glasses, what a mess is this place . What an aggravations experience this has been .

After sold my car Tried to Deposit a check that was On my name (OR) my Wife name . The Cashier refuse to deposit the check because needs to go to a joint account. This is not true. I'm impressed how bank of America has become one of the worst banks in US. The training that they provide to the employees is null and costumer service is 0 . Please try to avoid this bank and this location.

This location tends to be busier than any other branches near by. I always come to this location to do business with BofA and I have met great people who work in the teller windows and in the offices and they are always very efficient and faster with transactions. However, lately with recent shortages of employees that I have noticed, line gets longer and is hard to come by during my lunch break because there is always people in line. My respect for those who I see every week working extremely hard keeping this branch running and helping customers every day. The reason for my negative review is that I seen other BofA branches very slow and they always have people standing around while this location is struggling a lot and whoever is running this market is doing a HORRIBLE job for not supporting this location with staff. I hope BofA do something about it to support this location and bring more experienced staff to support this branch because having one or two employees in the teller window is not enough☹️.

I have business account with Bank of America for long Time all other locations they have one window for business clients but her they have that window unfortunately did not take care of business clients

Lots of employees standing around but no one working as a bank teller. If you are in a hurry go somewhere else. However, the one lady working was very polite and helpful. They also seem to be able to assist Spanish speaking customers which is nice.

I've banked at this location for decades. The services have become bad in the last few time I visited the branch. Tellers are still polite, but bank officers either don't care or act blustery, like "it's good that you have account here," and bandying the "we" word a lot, like "we don't do this." Part of the culture of being Latino-centric?

Poor Management. Came on my lunch break to withdrawal funds. It is a Friday at 1pm. There is one teller. Management sent everyone on lunch.

Judy took great care of us with helping us with a wire transfer. We didn’t have an appointment but the staff got us in quickly and were very efficient! Thanks for the wonderful customer service as I know the wait lines can be very long here.
