This place tried to charge me $1,200 for a repair that turned out to cost only $50 at a different, honest shop. They clearly thought I wouldn’t know better and tried to take advantage of me. Thankfully, I got a second opinion, or I would have been scammed out of over a thousand dollars. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time, money, and trust.

Great customer service plus quick and easy.
Had an issue with a car yesterday, called them and explained the situation. Once I got there they got to work and fixed the issue ASAP.
Highly recommend for anybody in need of a great group of trustworthy individuals.

Needed a new alternator for my Ecodiesel truck. Being from FL, I didn’t have my tools etc with me and had to take it to someone. After calling around and comparing pricing, they seemed like a slightly better price than a few others I compared. I made sure I told them the make and model of my truck and was quoted $725 plus tax…not exactly cheap considering I could buy an alternator from RockAuto for around $250 and had I been home, installed it myself…but being out of state, I had to take it in. Once dropped off by the tow truck, they said they would get to it immediately (which I was grateful for). However, about an hour later I received a call that he thought it was the 2500 bigger truck and the price would now be well over $1,000. I would’ve been more understanding if I had brought it in and maybe they needed to figure out how bad the issue was but when I was quoted a price (not an estimate) only for them to go up almost $400 is disingenuous. Especially, when I specifically gave them the make and model of the truck. Either way, I was charged almost $1,100 by the time it was finished and feel it could’ve been handled better. I would’ve been ok if I were told an accurate price up front but it seems they wanted to take advantage of my situation.

I came here after, unfortunately, having a bad experience somewhere else. So glad I came here instead! I have always felt like the staff here have treated me with respect and taken care of everything my car needs without ever being pushy to add on services. I’m very pleased with the quality of work that is done, as well. I refer my friends to come here and have only gotten good feedback.

Ever since I moved to Dallas these guys have been my go-to for anything related to my car. They are extremely helpful, efficient and so generous. Very friendly. Honest. Knowledgeable and personable. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Got my compressor replaced here. They originally gave me a 200$ discount for the inconvenience of how long it took to get replaced. they couldn’t figure it out why my AC still wouldn’t work so they told me I had to go to the dealership to get something else replaced. The dealership told me within the hour that whoever installed my new compressor broke the pin off so I took it back to the shop. Originally on the phone they said they would pay whatever the dealership fees were for diagnosing my car. but when I got there they changed their mind. So I didn’t really get a discount after spending $165 at the dealership for all of my continuous inconveniences. Don’t recommend

This shop is top-notch. While road-tripping, I experienced a potential issue and asked if I could bring my car in to have it checked to make sure nothing was damaged. Tim was happy to see it at a moment's notice and helped me promptly. He is fantastic and generous! Thanks so much.
