The manager was a major douchebag when we asked for an item size. And the cashier we had double charged me on something that was marked 40% off. Major disappointment from such a classy store!!

I sat I. This store asking for a size 8 which is 38 In luxury shoe and these ppl gave me a size 7 inside a 38 box I’m on fire my feet hurt all my bday I got dressed at 8 thinking I had time to get to the store I couldn’t even walk I put a napkin between me toes because I was in agony this is crazy pin now in the house at 12 because I couldn’t bare the pain comin from the size 7 that was in a size 38 box

The store vs online and customer service are completely different. I cant believe how top tier service you receive at their stores, but when dealing with anything via online, leaving reviews, trying to contact customer service, calling customer service, its like the twilight zone because no one is on the same page. It took me over a month to get a refund back from a canceled order the online site did with no explanation and put me through hell getting my refund. Its like management doesn't exist or care to resolve customer issues for this company but their suppose to be a luxury brand. Fooled me! They never compensated me for all the drama they caused me, even their own employees at the store admitted how terrible the customer service and online store is! I dont understand how a brand can get away with being this incompetent and treat customers like this but nothing is being fixed. One of the excuses they keep giving customers when they cancel online orders is something being wrong with our credit cards. But how many customers can you tell that lie to? Shame on this company, they need to do better all around, not just be strong in their stores.

Warmly welcomed and assisted as I looked for the right shirts. When I did not find the size needed, Malvin quickly checked in the back of the store to see if they were in stock. Excellent customer service.

What a Disappointment it's is to come and spend money and the employees stand infront of the store talking to each other I was in the store for 10 minutes without being noticed the manager didn't want to answer my questions so I put down my over $500 and walked away as I was leaving they finally decided to greet me well to late I went to Versace at Northpark mall to spend good money
