I had an awful experience at this store when I tried to return an item. The cashier was incredibly dismissive and rude. Despite showing her my return slip, she practically ignored me and rudely stated, "We can't address your concern here, despite showing her the return slip. She then told me to move out of the line so she could attend to other customers. She even suggested that if I had any issues, I should just call customer care. Her attitude was not only rude but also discriminatory, making me feel unwelcome and frustrated. I called the customer care, spoke with Barchi and she was able to process the return in an instant. I would not recommend going in store to purchase anything here, you are better off purchasing online.

Update: Another manager, Teva actually read this review and jumped to help! She gave phenomenal customer service and had great creativity to find a quick solution to help me. Truly, I have never been handled with such great care and customer service about my situation. She is a phenomenal manager and I just wanted to make sure I shared my positive update because it completely changed my experience.****Terrible experience at this location and poor management experience with Steffany.I went in the store to exchange a quilt I received for Christmas in the same size and everything but a different color. I was very frustrated when the person helping me told me that instead of the option to exchange it. We would need to return it and reorder it. As a result there somehow became a price difference doing this method and she refused to adjust it to match with the direct exchange item. When I asked for a manager, she said she was the manager So I was forced to pay a difference when she wasn't willing to price adjust for an even exchange. Now I look at my receipt when I get home and she ordered me the wrong color which now I'm beyond frustrated with the experience.Steffany was hostile, never verified the order to ensure this could have been avoided, and delivered poor customer experience. Disappointing for someone in a management position.

Bad google address!!! Have not been at Highland village for over a year! They are at 5600 Mckinney Avenue 12 minutes away. What a waste of time and disappointment. They could have at least told me when I called!!

Anthropologie isn't Anthropologie any more, you will especially feel it here. Not nice. You will not only feel uncomfortable also mistreated.

Rude and snobby staff. Wasn’t acknowledged by anyone while being in the store for 45 minutes. I counted 6 staff members.

Had the strangest experience in this store. The last size of a shirt I wanted was wrapped around the mannequins waist. The salesperson said it couldn’t be taken off the mannequin but I could drive to Northpark for the size I wanted. I was so confused. The shirt was right there. I worked in retail for years so I assured her stores take stuff off mannequins all the time. She said that their mannequins were more expensive than anyone else’s and they weren’t allowed to touch them. So bizarre.

I didn't have a good experience last time shopping and same thing happened today so I won't go back anymore, the manager I think her name is Erie should not be manager at all. I was looking for a purse and I was taking pictures of it to show my mom, she was following me everywhere and took the purse from me and said U can not keep it if u want it its at register!!!! really rude behavior. I saw her today still so rude and unprofessional instead North Park mall employees are so nice and friendly.
