After care from another immunologist who knew very little about treating MCAS, I realized control over my MCAS is gone due to other doctors.with little knowledge about MCAS. I returned to Dr. Herrscher. Since I could not breathe when I reached his office due to cold air and rushing because I was late, arriving there felt safe. I know I am in good hands now. He helped get my meds back in order, and the staff is helpful. A well known geneticist I correspond with in Dallas said Dr. Herrscher was the only MCAS doc he would ses.

Thank you Penguin Air Care for helping us so quickly! George was helpful over the phone and found the issue in no time. Luckily it was not a big problem this time but we know who we will call from now on!

Great experience today getting our a/c unit up and running. George was quick and knew exactly how to fix our unit. He had the parts he needed with him. We will definitely call Penguin Air Care again!

Excellent listening skills and demonstrated a lot of concern in making sure she addressed all my needs and wanted to improve my quality of life. She was very friendly and staff were all very courteous. Dr. Saifi was very knowledgeable and took her time in explaining some of the causes and the roof of my problem. There was very little waiting time. I will definitely continue. to see her. Jack Perales

I’ve had good doctors before but never any who are as compassionate and responsive as Dr. Saifie . She helped me come up with alternative treatments to the problem that I was having. I walked away feeling very cared for. Moreover I agree with the other reviews that said the staff was caring, and compassionate, and non-judge mental.

Very efficient and professional office. Dr. Herrscher is great. He was thorough, knowledge, attentive and diligent in reviewing all options, all potential resolutions and diligence in the most effective treatment plan possible for my diagnosis. The office Followup has been super beneficial and it was easy to find and a quick/easy check in and out process as well. Highly recommend!

Dr. Herrscher has been very pleasant to talk to and very helpful. He was kind, listened and explained everything in detail. I never felt rushed. There wasn't a long wait. The office staff was very nice as well. Also, the parking garage was only $2.

Dr. Herrscher was truly a pleasure to see. I felt such relief, after 2 years of living in Texas, and trying to find a Doctor that truly cared, and took the time to sit with me and go over ALL of my issues, and what I wanted to accomplish. I found him. I would highly recommend him to anyone! His staff was also so nice and caring!
