I've had two emergencies in the past two years. Each time they have taken well care of me. They get the job done with a smile on their face and makes you feel so comfortable. EVERYONE in that office is so patient and takes care of each individual like it was their own family member. Highly recommend this place.

I came here with my son, and had the best experience!!!! Chasity was amazing as she greeted me immediately, and she didn't let us leave without a final goodbye... she's amazing at her job!! The staff was amazing!! Love it!!

Hands down the best ER care I’ve received in a long time! I came here in excruciating pain and was also alone. From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely kind, thoughtful and thorough. I came in around 4:20pm and by 5:15pm, I was already hooked up to an IV, my pain addressed and I had already spoken with the doctor. I was there in total less than 4 hours; whereas there have been times I’ve waited in the ER for 4 hours just to be seen. All of the reviews of this place are TRUE. If you ever find yourself in a medical emergency, this is the place you want to come.

Dr. Chiang and the nurses were amazing. Going to the ER can be scary, but they made me feel very safe and taken care of. Dr. Chiang took his time in explaining the results to me and the nurses were very nice dnf welcoming.100% would return

Advance ER is Excellent - The best possible experience when you need a local ER. The doctors, nurses and front desk teams (Chastity is great!) are fantastic - competent, efficient and very friendly. The facility is modern and very well equipped, including on-site imaging. There was no wait time and imaging results were available very quick as well. We have used Advance 4 times over the past 3 years and have been pleased and thankful each time!

Miguel was very , patient with us made sure I was comfortable. Kept checking on us frequently. He was very informative he went in to details about everything made sure I didn’t leave with any questions.

As a nurse myself I was amazed at the care I received at Advance ER. I went in with severe irritation to my eye after my ophthalmologist couldn’t see me for a few days. Ramsea at the front desk was so kind and courteous, I felt silly coming to the ER for an eye complaint but I was miserable. She registered me quickly and within 5 minutes I was seen by Dr Allen. My whole visit was less than 20 minutes and I was on my way! My eye feels much better now… and I’ll definitely go back to Advance ER if I need care!

Dream experience! I needed a quick X-ray for a broken toe. I had 4 of my kids with me for the visit. No wait and swift check in. Facility was pristine and the staff was so kind. They took the kids to play during my X-ray. Each kid with was spoiled with treats and toys. Easy and fast discharge. Highly recommend!

I chose this ER because I have a baby and needed to be in and out as quick as possible. I entered and without being a prior patient, I was seen in no time. Place is very clean and comfortable. You are able to space away from others easily. Staff incredibly nice and helpful. Just happy to have been seen as soon as possible and have my needs treated. Thank you!

This is a beautiful environment with Quality people and high quality care! My needs were taken care of very quickly and all the tests I needed were done in house and results were extremely quick as well! Have peace of mind choosing to go here for your emergent health care needs!
