Very, VERY dirty locker room. Looks like the trash has not been taken out in 2 days. Overflowing toilets/urinals. This place needs a corporate audit. I’ve been coming all week and there is no improvement from one day to the next

A huge variety of equipment, anything broken is repaired quickly, and some equipment has been added recently. The front desk staff, with a few exceptions, early in the morning, is often on their phones paying zero attention to anything going on and not doing basic things like putting dumbbells back where they belong. The men’s bathroom smells absolutely horrible and toilets are often dirty or backup with feces and dirty toilet paper in the bowl. If those two issues would be appropriately addressed this would be a four or even five star review.

I signed up for a 3 day free trial and got a confirmation code just for this location to inform me that it’s not actually free it’s $25 and it only works from 9AM to 9PM. Nowhere in the email or website does it mention this, because each location has different rules which is extremely unprofessional. The rules should be standardized at a corporate level, the restrictions should be disclosed when you sign up, or just don’t offer a free trial - many gyms don’t. Otherwise, it’s just a trick. Super annoyed.

The gym is small, and not well kept. The lockerroom was absolutely filthy and I wouldn't feel comfortable taking my shoes off there let alone taking a shower after a workout. No wonder they are basically giving memberships away.

Basketball court needs to be opened 24/7 again, a fight broke out like 2 months ago and they began closing the basketball court at 11pm. That’s inexcusable, innocent people shouldn’t be punished for someone’s else’s actions . Definitely needs new management and leadership. The machines take weeks before they are fixed, restrooms are hardly ever cleaned. Mold everywhere in the shower area and pool area. This Gym is being run down by the lack of maintenance.

Great gym. Location is convienet, the staff members are nice they always greet us with a good working or good morning. The gym equipment is clean and works well. I always come in the morning and I see cleaning staff cleaning the restrooms and the track on the treadmill. The temperature is good in the gym, I’ve noticed the thermostat and they keep it at 74° and it’s perfect for me, not too cold and not too hot. The woman’s restrooms are clean, I’m not sure about the men’s restrooms but overall the gym is in good condition not sure why so many people are hating on the gym it’s kept well maintained. I’ve gone to the 24 hour fitness in Arlington and that one is in bad condition but the one here in Dallas is newer and kept in good condition

This gym is trash! Literally!! Always dirty everything is always messed up. You can tell the employees what’s wrong and issue never gets solved. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRASH GYM TO ANYONE!!! I’m basically just paying the membership to avoid paying that EXPENSIVE early cancellation fee just to not even go because of how disgusting this gym is! Definitely NOT renewing my membership here!! DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING!!! DO NOT COME HERE!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! ZERO STARS!!!
