Very slow and poor customer service. Was told my prescription would be ready at a specific time. When I came back a few hours later at that time, I had to wait an additional 30+ minutes for my prescription because they had not prepared it. They seem unorganized and were unapologetic about the overall wait time and poor customer experience.

Worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. I was judged and ridiculed by the Pharmacist. She needs to be replaced.

Closed down right in front of me! I was waiting in line for 45 minutes and they closed the drive through right after the person in front of me got their meds!! I even called & told them I was 3rd in line but with 25 min until 1:30 figured plenty of time. Nope!! I also blame it on the people who wanted to do business at the window instead of going in. They all got 20 seconds of my horn!! About to switch to CVS. Only reason for 2 star was they always have or had my meds!! Now I need some blood pressure meds after this trip....still have to go back today but I will let them have it. I mean they need to put a cone out, or come out and tell folks or something. Guess everyday plenty of mad folks in the same place as me!!

My prescription was submitted to this Pharmacy 10 days ago. a week went by and no prescription was ready. I went to the Pharmacy to find out what the problem was and learned that the medicine was not on order. Went back 4 days later to find out that the prescription was still not on order. No explanation was available about why the prescription was not ordered, only a SORRY. If it is important to get your medication in a timely fashion do not use this Pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. As I'm writing this review I'm still waiting in line, in the store. That's how much extra time I have. This is ridiculous. I am only picking up 1 prescription, I should not be here 20 minutes and still have time to write this. DO NOT GET YOUR MEDICATION SENT HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN HOUR TO WAIT IN LINE.Update: It has now been a total of 35 minutes I have been waiting in line, the phones for the pharmacy are ringing off the hook and no one is picking them up. I still don't have my meds and the line is about 5 people deep. Again, do not get your meds sent here.

This is literally the worst Walgreens I have ever gone to. The pharmacy personnel are extremely slow, rude and seem incompetent at times. They always, and I mean always, have a line wrapped around the building (at the counter/drive thru), and never have my script ready on time so I have a lag when I'm not able to take my meds. I would send your scripts to the local H-E-B or Kroger as this Walgreens is awful at customer service.

I have been going to this Walgreens for a while now, and they usually are not much help, but they have a new guy working there who was very helpful. Jesse was very pleasant and helpful. Nice to see young people with his disposition these days.

Worst pharmacy in the area. Long lines, super unfriendly service (rude), medication is never available. It got worse every time I went there.

Absolutely ridiculous to be placed on hold for 22 minutes only to be hung up on. Had to call the manager just to get a hold of someone as I was already having issues even just getting my medication filled. Mind you this is my first time trying to use this location. Girl that answered blamed it on being understaffed, I explained I understand if they are slammed I'm not mad about the wait time, I'm mad about waiting only to be hung up and they should be more attentive to the buttons they are pressing on the phone. She straight up IGNORED ME. How unprofessional and disrespectful. Management needs to 1. schedule the pharmacy employees better and 2. Train them to be more respectful when a customer is respectfully and calmly expressing a frustration and concer. I didnt yell, I didn't get nasty acting, I simply just said they should try to be more careful especially when they have the high call volume so that doesn't happen again to other people.

The pharmacy is an absolute joke. I tried giving them the prescription given to me by a doctor and they would not take it saying it had to be directly from a doctor when I had done this in the past. I go to pick up my prescription the next day after getting a hold of the doctor and they stated that they could not give me the prescription due to it not being to me even though it was notifying me that it was ready and was with the rest of my prescriptions.

2 stars only for the nice employee i spoke to initially. I made an online same day delivery order which only 2/5 items were delivered to me. When I called Walgreens the nice girl told me to reorder the same items and they would be substituted since those items were out of stock. This was completely fine with me so i reordered. There was some confusion at the store about this second order and when I spoke to Tony he seemed to not understand what I wanted done. I just wanted them to give me another brand of vitamin C and D, which is what his other employee told me she would do. Tony insisted for awhile he could not process a substitution for my items. Then finally he said he would grab different brands for me. Despite the order being placed for delivery, Tony stated i needed to pick them up or reorder my items for a third time. This was frustrating since I have a newborn and would rather not bring her out, hence why i placed the items for delivery. Tony ended up cancelling my order and hung up on me.
