“A lot of people don’t understand this is just a branch for uhual to keep there vehicles! Jack the employee is not employed by Uhual!Everything is self service! If you are a hands on person and need help with a cell phone and a lock box, then this place is not for you. The gentleman on site will help you if requested but it’s all self service through the mobile app. I picked the truck up, signed in on the app, they gave me the lock box code to get the key and I was able to get the truck. The price online was different than what I was charged for. Online it showed $45 but I was charged $153 for 2 days for a 15” truck”

“I am so sorry that I'm late with this review. I promised myself I would leave one because I almost went elsewhere based on others experiences. This Budget Truck Rental location was recommended by Karen Kenter the Budget Truck Rental Outreach person many thanks must be given to her also!The people here are super sweet! The lady at the front was quite courteous and informative to boot. She informed about my options recommended what was most suitable to protect my traveling needs. And the coolest part was I was given a brand spanking new Truck that was pretty and white that only had a small ding in the front that you would only see of you were told about it. I initially requested the cargo van that wasn't available but was upgraded to the 12' at no additional cost!The gentleman that handed me the keys was a sweetheart as well and he took goof care of the truck; I had not one problem with it! When I made to my destination, I didn't want to turn the truck in because it grew on me within those 5 days. Thank you Telge Rd location, I will definitely recommend you to other movers I'm aware of!-Renneishia”
