Wait time, not good. Vet tech kept saying "cool beans" which makes me wonder if you take this job seriously and why are you not conducting yourself as an adult. Front desk calls me while I'm in the waiting room for who knows why? First time here, and so far not impressed. I asked the tech if they use septic powder or glue and she said no, we use a quick stop, um ok, that septic powder. Hhhmmm
I might be coming off as overly critical but you only have one chance to make an impression

The first Vet I ever went to with my Great Pyrenees was 6 years ago and I thought he was decent so I continued to go to him for 4 consistent years. I felt like he did the bare minimum and did not give me enough time for an EXPENSIVE visit.Today, Lone Star Vet is hands down my favorite vet I’ve ever been to. The staff is loving, attentive, caring, genuine, supportive, and productive. In addition to my Great Pyrenees, I have a one eyed cat who throws up whenever I leave for too long. I thought he would throw up the rest of his life, sadly. Until we brought him in and within ONE visit, found out that his throat was irritated and caused him to vomit. I’ve never felt so taken care of until I came here. My Great Pyrenees & cat get excited to come to the vet!

Dr. Stark and the entire team at Lone Star are just WONDERFUL. They more than likely saved our precious mini-Golden Doodle’s life the past few days. Can’t give a higher recommendation.

The vet I had been using for over 15 years told me they had no appointments available for a week for my dog that had an ear infection. I told them I would need to find another vet then. They didn’t seem concerned. I decided to try Lone Star Vet. Very close and convenient. They were able to see us the next morning. Such a great caring office. I asked for them to trim her nails too. She hates it. They bribed her with cheese! Love it! Happy to have found a caring place for my fur babies.

Had two female puppies spayed two years apart from each other by this vet. BOTH dogs have been UNABLE to control their bladders a year+ after the surgery
