Since changing owners to Rec Nation I have had nothing but issues. I would move my trailer but every place is booked so I’m stuck. I would look elsewhere.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY. There is a reason why they always have spaces available. See the other negative reviews. They increase their prices as they see fit without notices. Prices increase twice in less than 6 months to almost triple. The place floods! Now they are charging another fee on top of their high price. And they use your card fraudulently. We all miss the original owners.

Excellent service on the day we needed to secure storage for our boat. On-line rental agreement made contract signing a breeze. Covered storage with power. Clean, easy to access, and affordable facility! I'd highly recommend!

RecNation has a friendly and helpful staff! We like our storage location and ease of maneuvering our RV. Not to mention their rates are reasonable in comparison to the local market. I recommend keeping them in mind for your future needs!

Horrible and extremely rude customer service. Laura is extremely rude. They took over Bear Creek Boat and RV storage and changed all the rules. Most long term tenants have moved out. Everything is a extra fee. No personal customer service they force you to do autopay. When they do return your call , no company name comes up on caller ID. They also will enter your unit without notice. Do not lease from this company.

This place is very affordable! After looking at different places, I've found this locThis place is very affordable! After looking at different places, I've found this location and it didn't disappointed me at all as they were able to accommodate my RV within minutes over the phone.. everything was super quick and the customer service was super nice!

If you're looking for Friendly staff that is willing to go the extra mile and a great place to put any size boat, travel trailer, or Rv. With high security and low traffick. Look no further because you've found it right here. It's kind of still in the country but just minutes away from everything with reasonable prices on their units I'd recommend this place to everyone. We’ve had our boat there over 5 years and we’ve never had an issue. It’s very clean and well maintained .
