Bolfing Bros. has installed granite several times for us and recently installed quartzite in our Kitchen. We are very pleased with the install! Everyone is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, thorough and a pleasure to work with! We have been pleased on every project and we highly recommend Bolfing Bros!

We used Bolfing Bros. over 20 years ago and were very happy with them then. We used them again this week to install new granite in our kitchen, and once again we are very happy with them. Everyone who came to our home was courteous, professional, and pleasant. This is a business where the son and his wife took over from the father, and they have continued the excellent products and service offered by this company. A solid five star company and people.

Scheduled a measuring and they never called or showed….. when we called today it was one excuse after the other. Careful who you go with your they are not professional.

I am trying to reach the registered owners of this company Rose and Philip. I rent a house from them that began in 01/2021 we have windows and doors that do not lock and ongoing leaks and growth on the property. We were told by their non property manager realtor that rented us the property that Rose was older and had a husband that passed that’s why the rental was in the shape it’s in. We have sent texts, emails and calls to get things fixed. Now I’m told by the Landlords son “Tony” that it’ll be weeks and he refused to meet with us to discuss all issues because “we have audio/video (ring cameras) ” like most people these days! We can’t get anywhere and are going to have to take legal action if we can’t get a proper response. We just found out that Rose is married and her husband is not dead. It’s truly absurd and we’ve tried everything. Even the contractor that was sent today after months and months told us on camera that these are fire and safety issues with doors and windows that don’t lock, no smoke detectors, leaks and growth. He also told us that he did the repairs to the property right before we rented and told Tony about these same items and he didn’t want to fix them (expectations are the growth and leaks). I’d only like someone that can get these things resolved to help. In no way is this to harm or embarrass the landlords. Just want a response from a reasonable person that can honor out contract. During a google search we found this.

We used Bolfing Brothers at the advice of our builder for a new construction residential build in 2019-2020. They did the fabrication for all our quartz, granite and quartzite countertops and they did a fantastic job. Any time there was an issue or a question, they were quick to respond and take care of the issue. They even came back after construction was complete and fixed a couple of dings here and there free of charge. They are professional and honest - highly recommend!

We spent almost $30k with Bolfing ($29,384 to be exact). The main focal point of our home, the kitchen island, now has a crack and fissure at an overhang. In their quote, Bolfing said they would add 5 rods for support. They only added four, but now say that isn’t the reason for the crack. Regardless, we are out of warranty period and SOL. This is the same countertop island they had to install three times, since they couldn’t seem to center a mirror image correctly. Should have known when they tried to pass the first and second install as acceptable. I will definitely not use this company again.

Friendly staff, great communication, superb craftsmanship, on time, what else can I say. These guys will take care of your kitchen, bathroom, or whatever, granite needs you might have. We are pleased as we good be with our granite kitchen counters!!!

My 25yr old house was in need of updates so after the roof, interior and exterior painting, I started in the kitchen. I spend a good deal of time here cooking for family and friends and it has been the central gathering place the whole time we lived here. My wife visited the showroom and friendly staff worked with her for over an hour to identify exactly what she was looking for. Quartz was her choice. After walking through the inventory I found several beautiful and affordable granite alternatives but she had already made up her mind. Tony was great to work with and explained the key differences in materials. He helped us with an undermount sink and also showed us the options for edges. Bolfing Bros delivered a detailed quote and they told us it would take 2-3 weeks. After we signed the contract they called us a week or so later to visit with the fabricator for layout. I was able to suggest an alternative seam location and it worked out famously! When the installers came out the ripped out the old laminate and installed new decking and then installed the new counters all the same day. When they left, everything was cleaned up and my wife was ecstatic.

Found a great remnant and good price. But they drilled the holes for my faucet off and the installers never showed, and no phone call on the scheduled day (they did show up the next day). Disappointing to be forced to take a day off work and not even have the courtesy of a phone call when they didn't show up.
