Super friendly. Great price. Not a single time in nearly a year has my storage spot failed to in form or function. Not many businesses can perform 100% of a year.

We have used Shoreline Mini Storage for several years, and have had excellent service when needed. Customer service has always been top notch. Security has been upgraded ( we had NO problems prior to the upgrade).

This place is horrible! On day 1 signed up for automatic payments, didn't happen. Sent an email to cancel/move out of unit, 2 months later not done. Then you go in to talk to someone, they can't do this or that. Internet is down or system doesn't work that way. You name it, they have an excuse for it! Lady that works the front, should absolutely NOT be customer facing! Save yourself time and frustration, GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!
