I recently stayed at Crystal Lake RV Park and I have to say, my experience with the front office staff was extremely disappointing. The people working there were incredibly rude and seemed completely incompetent. They didn't know how to do their jobs properly and were always being rude to others. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good customer service. The lady name Angela is extremely rude! For ur information the staff are still very much the same it was still Angela when I left and STILL Angela WORKING till now! So what do u mean it has changed? It’s very much still the same… you can’t sit here and pretend like i don’t know what im talking about… kicking out people just because she’s racist and so two faced and yall can’t see that… yall are loosing business and so much people ever since she has started to work there! I very much know what I’m talking about and I have every right to say my experience with the place! Because people need to know what kind of people they are dealing with! You don’t know anything about us so please don’t pretend like you know my family so much! Responding to me defending Angela like she’s never in the wrong. There’s so much people complaining about her! Maybe realize that Angela is the problem because there wasn’t so much complains before she came! Maybe there wouldn’t be so much bad reviews?

This RV resort is very nice and clean. The kids and I enjoyed spending the day at the pool. The staff in the office were so friendly and greeted us with a smile. Was quick and easy to rent a spot for our RV. We will be staying here again in the future for sure! Very homey and safe ❤️

First day I was at the pool and the ladies in the front never had seen me only my husband. She was walking her dog, walked by and then came back and asked if I lived here.. note I’m covered in tattoos also I’m with my kids. About a week later I’m down at the pool with my kids and they both came out and told me I wasn’t able to wear my bikini that this is a family establishment.. I have never felt unwanted like that.. very judgmental and it’s so sad. Very unprofessional I’m the sweetest person you will ever meet.. so glad to get out of that place! I would not recommend
Since I can’t reply to you… y’all did not evict us lol nor did I yell, nor did I cuss??? I was wearing a bikini just like everyone else was… I did put a towel around me after the ladies came out.. I never said anything about a lawyer… waist my money on you guys? No thank you!! lol? have a good day with your one star ❤️ so professional

Friendly knowledgeable staff. A lot of new units and units are very well maintained. If you have a problem they are usually resolved within one day. All of the public areas are clean and well maintained. They have a game room and a exercise room. There is a pool and a hot tub. All of those are well maintained and clean. There is a office with computers and a printer for our use during office hours. There are people in the office during regular office hours to accept payments and resolve problems. While this is not a hotel, the service is very similar and I would rather stay here than at a hotel.

This Rv Park has some pretty nice spots..I wouldn’t say that it’s a lake though. Management was super nice. Prices were pretty fair. My biggest complaint was the washers and dryers were always broken. The mowers never mowed well around the camper. I loved the pool! Also the assistant manager Stephanie is amazing!

Is there an update with this power outage ???
I called center point and they saying they don’t even do work out here by us! I called to report a down power line that’s close by the rv park right between the pink and black building.. but.. just directed me to EnTergy they don’t either. The back of the RV has power but not the front.. city has even cut the phones off LOL. I heard from some guy the power might not be on till next Wednesday. Not knocking down the people who owns the place. But it would be nice if customers/tenants had some type of info…bc idk how true the info I received was true you know ??

I marked "rooms" for RV slips. I have an RV. My space is clean abs has worked properly. Sometimes, the WiFi goes down (once every two or three months for a day or a few hours), but other than that, I have a great experience with them. They have friendly staff, and they communicate often via email and will call if there is an issue. They do have apartment (tiny home type facilities) and hotel style rooms available for use.
Nearby activities: They have a pool, hot tub, small weight (multi-function weight equipment) / conditioning room, pool table, shuffle board table, and large screen TV with acces to the internet for guest to use. They also have a computer lounge. Children under a certain age must be accompanied by an adult to be in the common lounge area. They also have showers available.
Safety: Gated community.

We've been living here for 2 years and have had nothing but a positive experience! The park is clean and well maintained. This has been the perfect solution for us and would give a 10 star review if possible. Thank you, Crystal Lake RV Resort, for making our stay enjoyable!

Management and owners have major issues wt addressing problems they may have with a resident or their guest. My granddaughter and I was that the park briefly. According to the owner they did not like the way she drove with the baby being in the front. He was in a car seat between the passenger and driver. But either way if he was or was not. it's still no rule broken for them to say she wasn't allowed on the property. Just ridiculous
