Have had my cousins truck for simply putting Trans seals in. Had it for 4 months. Service is terrible, I don't think the jack wagons know what their doing. I will never take nothing to them or recommend them to noone.

Stopped her because my mothers car was acting up. It’s a foreign and they don’t service those types of vehicles. With that being said Brandon and his staff have been very gracious and done everything they could to makeOur wait for a tow truck pleasant. If you’re in this area and need a new Chevy and don’t stop here you’re missing out!

Best service I have received at a dealership! Broke down on my way through town and Brandon was able to diagnose (cylinder 5 injector pigtail) and repair my truck the same day! The dealership in Conroe where I live told me 3 weeks to look at it last time I needed service. Will definitely go back to Clifton Chevrolet in the future!

The service department is terrible. Towed my 2010 truck there to be fixed after a few weeks and $425 later not one thing had been fixed except for the airbag on a recall and then they left screws out of my dash. Continued to tell me that my transmission was not any good and never told me exactly what was wrong. It had just been rebuilt. I towed it back home and then to a dealer in grapeland which found the problem fixed the problem and the transmission was fine. In short unless you have money to burn don't waste your time or money here....
