I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today at your center. Despite my efforts to streamline the process by dropping off my vehicle early and making an appointment, the service timeline fell significantly short of expectations.
I was given an estimated completion time of 2 hours for an oil change and alignment; however, after 4 hours, my vehicle had not been attended to. I understand the dynamics of a service environment can change rapidly, possibly due to unforeseen circumstances or staffing challenges. However, I believe that communication is key in such situations. An update on any delays or issues would have been greatly appreciated, rather than the silence I was met with.
Moreover, I am perplexed by the disparity in the level of effort put into marketing and customer outreach for service deals versus the actual service execution. The frequent promotions, including calls and coupons, create an expectation of a certain level of service excellence, which, based on today's experience, seems unmet.
The absence of action compelled me to cancel my other commitments for the day, making the 5-hour wait not only unproductive but also incredibly frustrating. Furthermore, my interactions with my service advisor, Crystal Franks, were not satisfactory and did not alleviate the situation.
Given the circumstances, I believe transparency and effective communication could have vastly improved my experience. It is disheartening to feel undervalued, especially considering the potential for a long-term service relationship.
I am hopeful for a resolution to this matter and an improvement in service moving forward. Your attention to this feedback would be greatly appreciated.

My experience with our salesperson was great. Quentin Zundt really helped find us a great vehicle that was perfect for us. We gave him what we were looking for and showed us vehicles that fit our needs. He is definitely the most helpful salesperson I've worked with. The finance guy Gabriel was also very easy to work with. Overall a great experience with everyone involved.
