One of the worst Macy’s I’ve ever been too, why even have a third floor, just bring everything down and use it as an Employee only area. Have more stuff in the first two floors. And I don’t know maybe add a restroom to the 1st and 2nd floor??? Terrible that I had not only TRAVEL/CLIMB to the only restroom (on the 3rd floor) even more terrible that I had to wait 10~15 mins for the elevator (which is being constantly used between 2nd and 3rd floor) then I decided “let me go up the escalator” except you decided to leave them running EVEN with construction going on in one of them. TURN THEM OFF let people climb the steps ??♂️. You had me take the escalator only to find out that you can’t even go up to the 3rd floor. Because the (2nd-3rd floor/s) escalators were broken. So you had the down escalator ON and the one that was meant to go up is absolutely dismantled so I LITERALLY HAD TO CLIMB UP!!!! THE DOWN ESCALATOR. Why are you making it so hard for people to get to the third floor. Next time think and turn them off and let people know they are under construction and let them climb it WHILE ITS OFF. or just get rid of the third floor AND add restrooms to the first floor. Never gunna shop at this Macy’s again. This was all for me and my grandma and you couldn’t even accommodate. Mall was terrible as well. Need a place to shop with plenty of restrooms around? Dillard’s FOR SOME WEIRD REASON has restrooms inside on ALL floors and directly outside as-well. Will at least give Macy’s this. 5 stars on the CLEAN AND NEVER BEFORE TOUCHED Restrooms ??
