I was scammed for 34,500 though a wire transfer scam. All they had to do was verify that the other end was legitimate. They failed to do so, they then said they would investigate. Never, not once did they reach out to me. They told me my money was gone and I wasn’t getting it back and the case was closed on there end. I’m disabled and this showed me that they don’t care about there customers! I would not recommend this bank.

A big thank you to Anthony who assisted me for 30+ minutes as I bumbled through issues with another institution having walked in at 4:58 PM. Anthony was as much cheerier than I myself am mid-day, and his excellent attitude and customer service skills went above and beyond expectation, an example to be emulated, his dedication reflects well not only on himself, but on Frost Bank as an institution.

Always great customer service and very fast. I'm so glad I left teachers credit union to bank with Frost. No long phone wait times either which is a big plus in my book. I believe the longest I have ever waited on the phone was 2 minutes. I recommend this Frost bank to anyone looking to deal with real people and get taken care of quick.

Only one personal banker working. Not very professional to have a bunch of people sitting around waiting, especially during COVID. This is a new location and shouldn’t be understaffed.
