1hr30mins $44 for a haircut I didnt ask for ? even showed a picture. Washed my hair w/super hot water. I think shes a new stylist b/c her hand was shaking & was cutting all over the place. I couldn't wait for another person to fix it, but then was turned away b/c i got there 9min after closing ? $45 a pedicure for a 9yr old & $15 just to paint nails! That I said no. I live too far, have to pay another place to fix my hair ?

I get my hair cuts, and my hair lights. Bekah definitely knows what she is doing. I love my hair always got me looking good. ? I highly recommend bringing your family here or even for yourself.

I completely was horrified when I got home to see better in a better light and the stylist name Kelly totally screwed up my hair. I wanted a light relaxer and alittle trim on the ends and I only wanted a blunt cut. The stylist gave me a bob hair cut instead and I called the next day to complain and the young girl who works at the front desk told me that they won't refund my money back. They charged me over $200.00 to totally mess up my hair. My hair just became even shorter because of this stylist named Kelly. BEWARE don't waste your time. I Had to go to another salon to have them fix their mistake. This place is a complete joke and only wants to scam you out of your money. The front dest receptionist told me that a light relaxer would cost around 75 to 80 dollars and yet they charged me over 200.00 for them to screw it up. Thanks alot.

Bad place. Worst experience ever. The new owner is driving it down hill since the switch and has terrible communication skills and can't handle how to talk to people when that's 60% of the job. Don't waste your time.

Misty worked magic on my hair gave me amazing cut I have been looking so hard for someone to know how to cut baby silky fine hair . The cut she give me works to give me sassy sophisticated look even as it grows. She's amazing. I have had cuts from others at this location over the past 5 years and always I was super happy.

Class Act Salon & Spa is a horrible place. Do not go here the owner is rude and unprofessional. They completely butchered my hair and didn't even offer to fix it. They aren't highly trained professionals like they claim to be. The owner is a scam artist as well. They use cheap products that damage your hair when they claim its high end stuff.Service: Hairstyling
