If I could give NO STARS I would!!!
This is the second time in a year I have had my Lincoln Nautilus in for repairs. It wasn’t repaired properly the first time. So far, on this go around, it has been there for over a month!!! When I call they say parts haven’t arrived yet. No loaner vehicle is available. At the time of purchasing the Lincoln it came with loaner car coverage. In my eyes that is a breach of contract ! I will never buy another Ford or use Access Ford again.
Terrible customer service experience all the way around.

Started having issues on a new 2023 Ford Escape part is on back order its already been in the shop since May and still no estimate on the part! The part that's really messed up is that they don't carry loaners.

Adrian, Service Rep provided a prompt, courteous and professional service in addressing the issue with my vehicle. The service tech was able to isolate the problem and make necessary repairs. I am satisfied with the overall service. Thank You!

Very polite and fast service. When arrived I was greeted and taken care of immediately. Employee Shaun Hudson
Was very courteous and even informed and showed me of my air filters which needed to be replaced. Also Shaun answered all of my questions and explained them throughly. All of the rest of employees were very nice and asked if I had been helped.

2 months in on a brand new Ford escape, and the engine over heated. We took it in and now have to wait over 2 weeks for it to be fixed.
Not to mention we weren't offered a loaner or any time of rental without us having to pay for it.
We've tryed everything to make it work with them, but all they're really interested in is their monthly payments. 0 stars for them.
People are working hard out here trying to make a living and barley getting by. Then you got companies selling lemons.
...and so my wife tried to communicate with the manager who responded to my review. Once again no response and no call backs. So we're stuck at home. I do not have the money to pay for a rental and then my monthly payments for this brand new lemon. Truly disappointed in this company. We should have gone to Honda next door like my friends suggested.

After 4 days the repair was messed up. The heated seat did work but the side cover for seat adjustments fell loose and I haven't been able to get it back on properly. I also noticed that there is a break in the seat stitching I guess from removing the seat cover then putting it back on. So here it is April 6 and the repair I took it in for originally on January 8 is messed up. I really could have used the heated seat this winter.
