I get my car towed from the complex for no reason when I live there everything is up-to-date on my car, but I look around cars that have no vehicle registration gets a warning sticker. I got to pay money to get out of the impound.

I’ve lived here nine years. The new management is totally different from what we’ve had and it’s a lot that we are not accustomed to online. Many seniors do not do computers or. Do not think that can. Megan has been extremely patient in my dealings in the office and it helped me when I have been stuck and not able to work thru issue. It’s been tough on the new management as well and we’re all learning together. I think we all need to register as swift as we can park 365 even if you just move in. Change is very hard when you’re accustomed to an easy way, especially but I do believe Megan‘s working very hard and there’s a lot still to be done and in time I think all of it will be worth it. We just need to be patient and support our office staff to direct us and I think Megan’s perfectly capable thanks thanks for the hard work Megan

Been alot of changes since new ownership but it's all logical and for the right reasons. I'm very happy living here been living here for 10 years and don't want to go any where any time soon. The new manager Megan is such a hard worker and person to truly care she goes above to get awnsers or resolutions to the many problems we as Residents have faced since new ownership and I am happy she's here. Thanks for the hard work

Been living at this place for 8 years now and the property got sold. The new owners do not allow you to have more than two vehicles, new people in office were very rude when I explained to them that I have four vehicles, also to mention a lady moved in and towed her car twice in a week. Horrible customer service and I have been parking my cars for 8 years but with they new owners your car WILL BE TOWED even if you are a resident.

Very nice apartments and they recently sold so new owners which brought all new staff and let me tell you they are so much more pleasant then the last people and they really try to accommodate within reasonable means and work orders are actually getting done when I put one in. Megan works really hard I can say I'm pleased with the changes

I don’t live here. My sister just moved in wasn’t even there full 12 hours and her car was towed. I’d recommend stay away from this complex and don’t visit unless you want to be left stranded. There will be a report & lawsuit if illegal towing! No rights for towing a resident vehicle.

Ongoing issues of loud music blaring from cars at all hours of the night and even fireworks from the parking lot. Have seen some of the teenage/young adult residents looking through fences of the homes in back of the complex as well as sitting there smoking pot. Local police have come to know this place fairly well over years. A few years ago an 8 ft fence was put in by that neighborhood at the dead end between 2 houses because of the criminals and troublemakers who kept getting evicted from the apartments or who had friends here-they would park at the neighborhood dead end and walk to the apartments so they wouldn't be caught. Now kids and teenagers climb that fence to go back and forth and I doubt management knows. There has also been a massive trampoline in the field since it was blown there when those big storms hit two weeks ago. Landscaping hasn't been done in weeks and everything is overgrown-including at the front office. The horse statue fountain at the front entrance has been green and nasty for years, hasn't worked for at least the last 2 years and doesn't look like it ever will again. The inside of the front office is kept up which is in contrast to many of the apartments that have broken blinds in the windows, trash and junk put on the balconies and don't get me started on the security fence for the parking lot.

Very unpleasant experience, although the staff members were polite. I was told they honored a deposit refund. I have not been refunded nor accepted, which made it even more overwhelming. I have yet to hear back and corporate number, we'll you'll have a better chance of getting struck by lightning before hearing back from them.

This is by far the worst place I decided to live. I lived here for 4 years with perfect on time payments and no complaints, but the move-out process was a complete nightmare.
The front office does a walk-through and gives you a bill - mine was about $200 for miscellaneous stuff. I paid it and asked if there were going to be anymore surprises, Nelly and Sandy both said no. This is the manager and her assistant.
A month later I get a $3000 bill for replacing the carpet due to some defects that they left me with that just got worse over the 4 years… keep in mind Nelly and Sandy both told me the carpet apartments are being phased out and every apartment is getting hardwood floors.. so why would I get this bill?
I disputed the claim and they continued to pursue my credit and have submitted a major derogatory mark against me since I didn’t pay for new carpet in an apartment that is getting hardwood floors.
This place absolutely takes advantage of people on move-out and they have no remorse. Would never recommend this place to anyone that I respect.
But hey on the good side the rent is cheap here..

These apartments have been the worst! I have tried time and time again to work things out with Nelly. Sandy is God aweful and super judgmental. They refuse to allow children to play outside even though it's illegal to do. The little park they want the kids to play at is run down and has caused bruises and scrapes on my son. No way we will continue to go there with how rusty it is. Not to mention it's for toddlers. And my boys are much older. There is a neighbor who likes to chase the kids and scream profanities at them. The office won't do anything about her. The only good thing that can be said about these apartments is the maintenance guys are awesome. If you can afford to go elsewhere I would advise you do so. Otherwise get ready. Funny how the last time I looked at the reviews for this place there were soo many negative and now magically they have vanished. Hope the new owners taking over soon are able to get the office under control.

I have lived in an apartment at Tower Ridge for 3 yrs and can attest to the wonderful, caring people that live in the community. The property manager, Nelly, makes sure the property is well maintained and does everything she can to fulfill the needs of her tenants. Frank and his maintenance staff are right on top of completing work orders quickly and effectively. In our lease it states there is no loitering or soliciting allowed in the property, which makes for a safe community for all living there. The beautiful playground/park within walking distance allows for kids to play safely without disturbing residents. All in all it’s a wonderful place to live and I would recommend it to anyone.
