Horrible service yesterday at the drive thru. It was so ridiculous I dont even want to go through the experience again. 3 cars when I got there 11 when I left and the service was awful. I dont always have a bad experience here but this was definitely note worthy.

The woman helped me teasterday arround 5-6pm was so unprofessional,also the guy that suppose to explain my medication to me just came up to the window and just ask me if i have questions on the medications that they never even go over with me and i couldnt even understand a thing he said…if there was a -star on the rating i wouldve rated it

My dad ran out of his insulin and due to the bad weather it wasn't delivered. Walgreens gave me a vial to get him through the weekend without charge. They contacted his doctor on Monday, verified the prescription; but I was grateful for be able to get the insulin for him. Thanks you Walgreens.

if you want the worst pharmaceutical customer service, come on down to this Copperas Cove Walgreens and meet the middle age chalupa built( short, fat, messy and flat) pharmacist who wanted to be such a bad ass today when I told her I was good on the prescription counseling because I have dealt with these medications before and tell me that by law she has to. But only then discussed one new medication. Because it's the law right. Not having anything to do with the fact your bad built ugly ass was trying to get a rise out of me. Female dog butt garden tool. use your education and figure that out. And use some of those funds to not look like you rolled up from underneath a bridge after a rough night of making that money the old fashioned way. You no longer have to do that. Youre a big pharmacist now.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The are so unorganized and slow. It blows my mind that people who need to be so smart to get a pharmaceutical degree can't figure out how to fill an order or deal with more than one customer at a time. They have multiple people working when I go in so it's not a lack of help. They need better management or something.

As a nurse practitioner, it was disappointing to me that my patient had such a hard time getting her prescriptions. Her son made 3 trips to get the medications. He was told they didn't have anything for her, later told they had 2 medications, and finally they had all 4. This was occurring as I was calling to confirm the orders were received and the pharmacist told me there had been a misunderstanding. Unfortunately, this happens not only in Copperas Cove, it is a hallmark of several Walgreens' pharmacies. It's hard to recommend this pharmacy when patients are not adequately cared for.

Excellent Customer service is so hard to find these days . BUTTT it still exists . Huge shout out to ANTHONY Walgreens in the pharmacy department. Going through such a tough week being sick and now Aaron sick you have brought such a sigh of relief with your help . Anthony deserves a raise for the 5 star experience he just gave me . I could seriously “feel” how genuine and caring he was being over a PHONE CALL !
You’re a rockstar , THANK YOU for making at least one thing this week easier for me and my little boy !!!

Great place to pick up a few things, get some photos developed, pick up meds, they also have drive thru for meds and on your way again. Great community store.

Got canvas pictures done. I went shopping and got a message saying they were done... I came to pick up and got attitude bc they weren't done. I showed the message and the proceeded to throw stuff around and talk about me (Jessica and John) when I'm standing right there.

The staff that works the store are all very friendly.. the pharmacy staff seems a bit overwhelmed or under knowledgeable... I'm not sure which. It took them a full 7 days to get a simple antibiotic filled and delivered to me that was promised next day. Not impressed.
