As always I am very pleased when I leave this nail shop! It’s very clean and the nail techs are very friendly (especially Jimmy) and they are very professional. I’m always greeted when I walk in the door; I can also vouch for them greeting other customers who enter the shop as well!
Truc is amazing at designs; she has never disappointed me with anything I have asked her to do. In fact her design is usually better than the one I showed her! Love this nail shop!!!

I went in today 5/22/24 for a full acrylic set (I usually do my own nails) I wanted to get pampered before graduation. I gave my inspo which was a simple lavender French tip. The man who did my nails rushed me, was rude, and was very harsh on my nails. I went home and after talking to my friend I decided to try and fix my nails. I cleaned up the shape and changed the color. My nails are severely damaged underneath the acrylic I can feel how sore they are just from typing on my phone. This is not what I wanted before I graduate, I will not be returning here again
The pictures attached are what I asked for and what I got.
(Edit: the pain became too much so I went to remove the acrylic and turns out it melted my natural nails….good job my lux you really messed me up before graduation)

The reason I go to My lux nail is for some reason their gel color lasts longer than other places.
Tu is very good and very kind. She added these accents for free of charge because I am going to vacation to overseas. Thank you!

Jimmy was the best nail tech I’ve ever used & I’ve been to a lot of nail techs. He took his time, he was a perfectionist w/ his work, and he was friendly! I’ll definitely be back!

I can't tell how unprofessional this place is. (Use your apps they talk about you) Not worth the money had to go somewhere else to fix the mess. If it wasn't for the young man I would have walked out. Owner and her worker women unprofessional. #thatisakindword.

Jimmy did a wonderful job on my wife’s manicure and Kim did an amazing job on my pedicure. My wife received a pedicure as well but I didn’t catch the man’s name, but she loved hers as well.
New ownership has made this place a much better place to get your nails done!
