When I moved to Copperas Cove, I needed to find a good vet for my dogs. Based on reviews, I was torn between Animal Medical Center and Crossroads. I had 2 dogs, so I decided to try both, 1 at each. To keep this short, I felt terrible that I didn't bring both of my dogs to Animal Medical Center in the first place! They really care for Animals, are professional, honest, and fair in price. They try to help in any way they can, and I've brought multiple strays here to get them better and to new homes. My current vet, Dr. Johnston is absolutely amazing! She's been helping us track down the root cause of my dogs allergies and he is doing so much better thanks to her! Keep up the amazing work Animal Medical Center Team!!

First time visitor! Had an emergency with my cat experiencing some stiffness. I called as soon as they opened. They explained services and prices to move forward with an emergency visit. Staff and Dr. were friendly and empathetic. Dr. did a full examination and provided information and guidance once the problem was established. They called the next day for a follow up on my cat which I greatly appreciated!

Just what we needed the staff is great, patient, and loving with all the patients they treat. I would highly recommend. My dog has anxiety and did well. The cost is reasonable as well.

We LOVE animal medical center! My family now goes there. They are so kind and attentive to my animals (cats and dogs) and are always listening to concerns! Plus they call to follow up on the status of my animals after we’ve been seen there to make sure they are improving or if they need to be seen again! Last year, we had to put our kitten down and they were so sweet, let us slip out the back afterwards and pay in the room so we didn’t have to see anyone and so we could just leave. We will always use them first! Plus I love that I can book online if need be! Plus they made out a treatment plan and went over it with us but, we later changed it because not everything was needed on it so they made sure a new treatment plan was in place and we knew what was going to happen moving forward! They are all so kind!

Dr. Shim was fantastic, she was very kind and compassionate, and was great about only doing what was absolutely necessary for my pet. I highly recommend this clinic, everyone was great!

The staff there are amazing the ladies in the front love them…the Spanish lady that was with the Doctor she was amazing! Now the vet there I did not like her rude and when I was talking to her she didn’t even look in my face…Definitely got bad vibes on her but the staff there was AMAZING IF I CAN JUST CHANGE THE DOCTOR THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!
