Went there to get Scion key cut...Easy task in our days. My new blank key got destroyed. It does not work! Do not go there to cut your keys. According to Their policy if you brought your own blank key and they screw it up they are not liable. So...My lost...But yes those working in the store are polite people. Who cares? If they screw you up???

Staff is always extremely polite and happy to help. I usually send my husband to pick up stuff for around the house. I went with him this time. Wow!! Everything is organized like you wouldn't believe. Something like a magazine. My daughter always gets a lollipop when she goes in. It is the highlight of her day.

UPDATE: Great folks over there, had a low tire, they let me air the tire up enough to get to the tire shop. AWESOME FOLKS!!
Still the great service and folks over there. VERY helpful lady unlocked an item for me + directed me to an item that I needed that was on sale and had an Ace Rewards discount, SCORE!! I really like stopping by there for hardware needs

JUST A WORD OF CAUTION!
I BOUGHT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR MY STIHL CHAINSAW AND I AM IN WEEK #3 OF MY REPAIR AND THEY JUST TOLD ME THAT MY PART WAS JUST SHIPPED OUT.
THIS WAS A VERY SIMPLE REPAIR AND IT TOOK OVER A WEEK FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY WOULD WARRANTY THIS ITEM.
I PURCHASE THIS TO USE IT, AND I HAVE TREES ON MY PROPERTY. UNFORTUNATELY GOING TO HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE TO CUT THEM.
