Bank teller stated check would be through in 2 business days. Here I am a week later still waiting with no notification about MONEY. No problems the first year with Capital One, it seems I'll be finding a new debit account to open with someone else, as being lied to about your own money is simply unacceptable?

In my previous experience with a different Capital One branch, it wasn't very pleasant. However, upon visiting this location, I was greeted by Lesly, who was able to assist me with all the questions and concerns I had from my prior branch visit. She efficiently addressed all my inquiries. I highly recommend individuals to visit this branch for any services.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The customer service was excellent, the facility was clean, and the staff were very friendly. I look forward to returning for future business.

This branch has horrible customer service.. They have no problem at all to be so sorry to you. I live in Fort Worth, TX. They have closed every branch near me and didn't tell us. They closed the North Richland Hills, TX branch and the Southlake, TX branch. I have to drive all the way to Coppell to do business with this bank. One day I was 1 min late and they closed the door to me. I explained that I live far and that’s the only one near my house plus I have a saving account so there’s no other way for me to get some cash. They refused to help me and they called the police because I didn’t wanted to leave. They are all wicked, bitter and without compassion even more with people of color.

Do not try to use the ATM’s. I tried to deposit cash and it “retained” most of it for no reason, leaving me with barely anything. I have to file a claim, which I was told could take up to 45 days. They need to fix or update their ATMs so that this kind of thing doesn’t happen. The man I spoke with inside was helpful.

This bank is absolutely garbage. Took them over 1 week to get my new account after fraudulent activity. I was without money for 1 week and they also put my credit card on hold. The branch ambassador was not knowledgeable at all! Told me I wouldn't have access to any of my bank accounts unless they took the hold off of my credit card. I couldn't get the hold off my credit card because I didn't have the physical copy of my social security card for verification. I ordered a new social security card that's going to take 2 weeks to arrive, but of course I'm not going 3 whole weeks with no money! So I closed the account. After I closed the account I left and called another bank, and they told me the credit card doesn't affect any other accounts and gave me access to both my checking and savings account with no problem. I basically closed my credit card account for nothing! Thanks to that genius for giving me false information pathetic....

The gentleman working the door, Steve, was super friendly. The lady behind assisting with my transaction was extremely helpful, fast, and nice! Not use to good service at bank locations, this was a nice surprise.
