DO NOT RENT HERE!!
I’ve had my storage unit for barely a month. I got this unit while leaving an abusive relationship. I finally got my apartment and came back to get my stuff and everything was GONE. Someone knew the code to my lock and this was definitely an Inside job. They took valuable stuff and even sentimental stuff! They took boxes of my kids baby books and baby blankets. My heart is broken. I hope this company knows I’ll be getting a lawyer. I’m active duty military and some of my military gear was stolen too. I already filed a police report. Stay FARRRRR away from this storage unit.

I went to go put stuff in my storage and there was a red lock on my storage. I called to see why. They provided me with the code to get in and my unit had almost everything taken out of it. All my stuff had been stolen. I have made a police report but still haven’t heard anything back from the company. It has to be an inside job cause how is there a lock on my unit and cameras but no answers so I’m assuming it has to be somebody who works there who did this. I’m so disgusted so many of my things that can’t be replaced are gone. Do not rent from this place ‼️‼️‼️‼️

I RECEIVED A CALL IN THE MORNING FROM THE COMPANY FOR OFFER ME RETURNED THE PAYMENT OF MARCH IF A DELETE THE REVIEW, THIS IS THE ONLY MATTER FOR THEM THEY REPUTATION, THEY NOT CARE ABOUT THE CLIENT.
THE WORST PLACE TO RENT A UNIT. UNIT F03
A WEEK AGO DECIDED TO GO TO THE UNIT TO PICK UP FEW BOXES, FOR MY SURPRISE "SOMEONE" CHANGE THE LOCK WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION (NOT LATE PAYMENT OR ANY ISSUE WITH THE ACCOUNT) PAYMENT ON TIME ALL THE TIME. I CALL COSTUMER SERVICE THEY NOT HAVE A RESPOND FOR ME WHY MY LOCK WAS CHANGED, TODAY MARCH 6 RECEIVED A CALL WITH A NEW CODE FOR MY NEW LOCK, I DECIDED TO STOP IN THE UNIT TO CHECK BECAUSE WAS SO SUSPICIOUS, FOR MY SURPRISE WHEN I CHECK MY UNIT I FOUND IT VANDALIZE AND STEAL IT AND THEY NOT HAVE A IDEA WHHYYYY MY UNIT IS VANDALIZE WHEN THIS STORAGE HAVE FULL CAMERAS EVERYWHERE. VERY DISAPPOINTED. KEEP AWAY!!!! IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED IN THIS PROPERTY.
