Brooklyn showed me around and was an absolute delight. She made me instantly feel at home with her bubbly personality. This neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet. Allison assisted us from the beginning and has continued to be our helping hand. Honestly, in my opinion, everything gets done correctly the first time when it goes through Allison. If Allison isn’t taking care of it then I usually just wait until she’savailable to take care of it.

Visited here before finding my perfect home. But let me maje this cleat I loved the way the staff treated me absolutely respectful and will take their time to answer all your questions. The manager has done a great job training her staff!!!

In shadows cast, my tale unfolds,A rental company, stories untold.Two years I dwelt within their domain,But bitter memories forever remain.They promised grace, a lease's end,But falsehoods, deceit, around the bend.Prematurely changed the locks, they dared,My trust in them, cruelly ensnared.Openly, I'd communicate my plight,To clean, repaint, make everything right.Yet, abandonment's notice they did deploy,$5k extra, their sinister ploy.A home that once felt like a warm embrace,Now a cold reminder of their disgrace.In this verse, my sorrow finds its voice,This rental company, a painful choice.P.S. Horrid experience. Do not rent. They can't keep a manager more than 6 months, and the ones they do will outright lie to your face.

Each week gets worse... especially since management has changed. I have sent multiple emails asking questions of management and receive no response back. They continue to send us emails saying "the phones don't work". It has been weeks........ quick to send threats, yet unresponsive to general concerns. During the water restriction, this place was watering daily despite the mandatory "2 days per week". Residents received a $7000 threat for grass damage if we don't. What's funny about that is, EVERY house on my block received a sprinkler system except mine (some, over a year after they were built) and the house next to me.... I've been here 8+ months.... My lease states the front yard would be taken care of by property management...... nothing except mowing. $120 in monthly community fees for mowing.... I've been complaining about pests in the attic for months. The first time, they sent pest control without informing me of the date/time so the poor man showed up and couldn't get in. I had to speak to him through my front door camera and he said he'd return in an hour. I rushed home from work in Spring (A 45 minute commute WITHOUT TRAFFIC. I'm a school Assistant Principal so leaving is costly). Any other place I've lived in, management would attend the appointment and open the door after approval. This second time I put in a request, no one showed up (I installed cameras surrounding my property to protect my house at every angle) and they marked service was completed without doing a thing. I absolutely love how peaceful it is out here... we've made friends with neighbors who are amazing. But management makes this place a living hell and they are extremely overpriced for the area. Since you have to buy your own fridge and washer/dryer, you are BY FAR better off using HAR or Zillow to find a better community. Don't do it.

Alison was great! We were on a time crunch and she was so helpful and had everything ready! Our transition from out of state was very smooth! She is always willing to answer any questions that have come up since we moved in.

I have called every day for several days and no one never answers the phone. Then went to self tour a home and was not able to get in one lock kept saying trouble error. The other code worked but had a bottom lock so door would not open and could not view home. Tried again to call office and they did not answer. So they are losing out on a potential resident due to no communication. If it is like this now I would hate to move in and have an issue no thank you!

We closed on our house in October. When we attempted to have a "Tuff Shed" from Lowe's placed in our backyard the HOA denied our request. Tuff sheds are the gold standard for these types of pre planned communities. The 2 car garage's are to small to accommodate vehicles and lawn and garden equipment not to mention the mess that comes with storing this equipment in your garage. I would not recommend this development due to an unreasonable HOA.
