I got gas here . I spent $10.02 but they charged my account $125. I am disputing these charges, but will never visit another Shell again ESPECIALLY THIS ONE. They can go F off.

Hey, guys, I just used my Kroger card and got $.40 off a gallon of regular gas which made the final price 2.91.9 a gallon! go get you some! The place is clean.

I don't usually review Gas stations but I have to for this Shell location. I was first aggravated that there doesn't seem to be as many Shell stations in the Conroe area as I'm used to in other areas. So I looked Shell up and head to this location which was closest. As I drove in the direction of the station I first thought I'd find "bad" station. Nothing bothers me more when I pull up to get fuel and find that there are no windshield scrubbers and squeegies or that the fluid in the receptacle is either empty or dirty. Then if there are no paper towels that just does it and I find a way to avoid that station in the future. This location had it all and I was very pleased to see that all was well managed and attended to. This is where I try to get fuel when I'm in the area.

I understand that being a gas station, they may be busy at times, but I called both numbers, and got no answer several times to find out what time they open in the morning. That is not very good for business. Why don't they have their hours posted?

So I've called grayhound many times and got no answer so I decided to call the store since they work behind the same counter. Soon as I said Grayhound she hung up on me. Employees from this shell station and Grayhound should be fired!!!!
