Wonderful staff, clean rooms.The pillows SUCK! That is literally the worst thing you can do to a hotel guest is have paper thin, very small pillows. Front desk didnt have any extras so i could stack them. Also, the bath towels are like sandpaper, and literally painful to use.Rooms: Really crappy super thin pillows. Bath towels are like sand paper

I had a reservation for one day. Aug24-25When I show up to check in there was a power outage in the area, so the computers and their systems where down. I needed a place with electricity so I never checked in stay. I decided to go to another place. I requested a refund, they denied. I requested to speak to the manager, reception said he was not available and that they would investigate the refund. Long story short, they never gave me back my refund.To me if the hotel is having issues with their systems they should be able to refund their customers. It's not my fault there was a power outage in the area.Reservation #: 74252215I have stayed here before and I like it , if never had any problems before. Just this one time.

Pros:The room was clean and modern looking. The man at the front desk was nice. The bed was decent enough to sleep in.Cons:There were no good breakfast items, except for maybe the instant oatmeal packets and cereal. The wifi did not reach our room or they were having internet issues during our stay. The cable TV worked for about 30 minutes, froze, and didn't work for the rest of our stay. And while check out is at 11:00am, the cleaning lady burst into our room at 10:15am. Ive never had that happen before anywhere. Wasn't happy about that. I don't think the price was worth the stay, given the amenities, or lack thereof.

I would love to give 5 stars except for the following:1) in 2 stays, asked for wake-up calls---never received either time;2] no softening lamps on tables, only garish blindingly bright overhead ceiling can lighting;3) was told originally that breakfast available, which actually consisted of very meager continental fare, with no lids for coffee to go.4) telephone for front desk had terrible static;5) no ramp for back rooms for handicap access over curb, although bathroom nicely provided grab bars.Staff was very nice and helpful as much as possible.Loved the accessibility to Memorial Hermann Conroe Surgery Center.Rooms: Room very clean, but with atrocious lighting---not one table lamp or wall sconces as option for blinding overhead lighting. TV great, once staff got it turned on through whatever tool was needed. Bathroom beautifully equipped for handicap access.Safety: Need ramp for better handicap room access in rear of motel, only street level one in front, so must go all the way around to front.Food & drinks: Continental breakfast incredibly meager---no table area for enjoying there---strictly "grab 'n go", but no lids for Styrofoam coffee cups.

Are you looking for a nice place? When I arrived the attendant allowed me to check their Internet speed, due to needing upload speeds. I was very happy to be there. It was in the 75 range for upload and they used fiber. The room was very clean with a fresh smell. And they even had shampoo, soap, toothpaste, a toothbrush and facial soap as well. The floor was LVP, which I loved, because most locations have carpet which trap all the yucky’s inside. I would highly recommend to stay here. If you’re looking for somewhere, that is budget, friendly but CLEAN. Then this is your place!!!!

This was THE WORST place that I have ever stayed, I was not given a key to my room, the clerk went opened the door and took the key with him, the bedspread had holes all over it and when I went to take a shower in the morning there were bugs crawling around in the shower. needless to say "No Thank you" I booked this through Expedia I will be letting them know too. I have no idea how this place has such a high rating I just can't see it.

This was the second time I've stayed at this hotel and it will probably be the last.The last time I stayed here, I had a great experience. The staff were very accommodating; I asked them if I could have an extra table and chairs so I could have visitors over to play board games, which they happily obliged.Based on this experience, I booked again. However, they were not nearly as friendly this time. When they discovered that I had visitors, they bluntly told me that no visitors were allowed in rooms and that they were only allowed to visit for 10 min.If I had any idea that visitors were not allowed in rooms, I would've never booked here. I see nothing about this rule on their website either, so I'm not sure how I would've known either way.In any case, I will be booking with someone else next time I'm in town.

Staff very rude and not helpful once so ever. Desk attendant absolutely refused to answer phones to paying customers. The have complementary juice in office but refused to allow my 3yr old to have one. Whom btw just walked(like a trooper) for 30 mins in the heat due to our vehicle breaking down in the autozone parking lot up the Rd. Tried to book a room with the desk attendant whom refused us any services of any kinda jusy stood there with his arms crossed telling us NO to ABSOLUTELY everything and refused to do anything including the basic requirements that his job Intelles. WILL NOT BE GIVING THEM ASINGLE DIME,PENNIE OR SEC OF OUR TIME OR MONEY. PLACE LOOKED NICE BUT NOT WORTH THE INCONVENIENCES AND ATTITUDES FROM EMPLOYEES.Noteworthy details: Not worth your time or efforts to stay if your looking for a clean quite family friendly stay in Conroe

charges to your card saying u took something from the room. They refused to show me video of this accusation. I walk in to room empty handed and leave empty handed. No refund and refuse to show me the surveillance video prove their charge. They did because I was from out of state and thought I wouldnt be back.
