I called three times in a row today (Wednesday May 8,2024) at 1 pm to try schedule an appointment for this next week and 3 times got hung up on. No one talking just picked up phone and hung up. REALLY? I was referred to you by a friend and you treat people like that?
Apparently you're not wanting new clients or more business!
Now I believe the negative reviews I read.

Recommended to me by my coworker and First time here and I can say bravo for the quality of men’s haircut for a decent price.
My first time visiting this salon and bravo! I liked my haircut and having Chinese hair is not easy to cut sometimes but applause for the quality and the price ?

1. Mandy charged me $30.75
2. The woman who treated my man left marks on his head.
This place charges a lot from its customers. I think that Mandy charges more because she has to pay her stylists who are just sitting on their phones or gossiping. (note that)

The worst haircut in my life???
The owner was very rude, the girl who helped me was a very kind young blonde but she didn't let me see my haircut until it ended up looking horrible, she destroyed my hair.

Will never come this place ever again!!! I don’t recommend this place to anyone. It took the owner 5 minutes to cut my hair and she didn’t even care to listen to how I wanted my haircut or asked if I needed anything specific done. Worst haircut experience of my life.
