I have come here multiple times & no complaints. However, I went today around 3:30 to get items for my sisters’ 21st birthday & had a terrible experience. I have never seen the guy who was behind the counter before, but he was extremely rude. Every time I asked for help, it was evident how annoyed he was to help. He was also rushing me, which makes no sense considering I was the only customer in the store. I put 2 items on the counter & said I needed some more items, which made him even more annoyed. When I returned to the counter, he was making comments to rush my order. Then when it came time to bag my items, he was throwing them in roughly & one of the bags slammed down on the counter. Honestly so disappointed, there was no reason for this behavior.

The owner here has the worst customer service in the area, come in to pick up some margarita mix. Was rushed because of time about to shut the machine off, completely understand and get him his cash quickly. Then wanted to ask a few questions about gift boxes that has liquer in them. Was planning on purchasing about $5000 worth of gift liquer boxes for my “VIP DELIVERY” clients and he said he could care less and store is closed and to come back another time. Keep in mind Grand Liquer that after one of your customer pays at 8:58pm and just has a couple questions looking to make a huge purchase of around $5000 cash and keep a good relationship with for even the future, you might want to answer a few questions for two minutes of your valuable time.Ricky’s liquer on Rayford/Sawdust will be happy to take my huge order.
