Curtis and his entire team are 5-Star. Outstanding personable service and speedy delivery. A truly flawless encounter while providing an affordable superior product. Completely satisfied!!!! I would give more stars if I could!!!! My first encounter was with Garrett who pitched the ball and Curtis knocked it out the park!!! Great Job!

We have made 2 purchases at Chair King (Woodlands/Oak Ridge North) store within the last 6 months and both times, excellent service and excellent professional delivery service. No complaints and recommend for all your outdoor needs!!

My wife had been planning a trip to this store for a couple of weeks. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by Curtis Henderson. Curtis was very patient and listened to our concerns regarding our purchase. He was very attentive and answered all of our questions to make sure that we would be satisfied with our final decision. I just can't say enough about how comfortable the whole experience was. Thank you Mr. Henderson for your kind words and making our purchase as simple as possible.

The selection was very good, but the people made all the difference. Garrett jumped through hoops to get the merchandise and prices we wanted. Jamey, the assistant manager, even worked on special delivery options for us. There's also a terrific sale going on that we accidentally benefitted from. We'll be back...and thank you all.

I felt the overall experience at this store was excellent. I went in to look at swivel rockers. Curtis Henderson, the store manager, came and checked on me a couple times, pointed me to chairs and then left me to browse. No sales pressure, no pressure to provide help I may not have wanted. He is a really nice person. Once it was apparent I had found a chair and ottoman I liked he worked with me on the price. Only when we came to an acceptable price did he actually write the sale up. No surprises, just exactly what he told me. I chose to pick the pieces up at the store. The warehouse did not have the ottoman cushion. The team at the store located one at another store and Curtis went out of his way to go pick it up so I would have a complete order at time of pickup. That is really customer oriented service by Curtis and his team. I would definitely go back primarily because of the terrific team there.

My spouse and I went to the ChairKing store in The Woodlands, Tx early this week to check out patio furniture. We have bought from them before and have been pleased. Curtis helped us find exactly the additional aluminum frame couch and love seat we wanted in just the right color, at a great price, and in stock. We needed replacement cushions for the chairs we had gotten years ago. Curtis found the correct size in an acceptable color in stock to match the new furniture. When we got home we found the color was not right. We went back and talked to Curtis. He accepted the returns, found us a better color in stock, and went way out of his way to personally get the replacement cushions from the warehouse and drive them to the store for us to pick up the next day! We had the new couches delivered. The crew arrived on time, followed the written instructions we left for them, and set it all up perfectly. Along with that bought a fire pit which was the right size and they set it up also. This was a totally great experience. We would recommend Curtis and his team without reservations.

Curtis Henderson, store manager, is the man to see here. We stopped in just to look during the Fall sale. He helped us determine what best suited our needs for our patio space, even measuring it out. Then, he gave us a much better price than the advertised sale prices.

Curtis is THE MAN! My wife and I really just stopped by on the way home "just looking" as we always are when we do find the time to go shop for things we need. I knew there was a little sale going on and we both wanted to actually sit in a few patio chairs. After he greeted us in the first chairs we happened to sit in, he asked us one or two questions on how the chairs felt, what we thought and then immediately took us to another set of patio furniture. Another question or two of what we thought of those, he took us straight to the furniture we ended up liking and liked enough to buy. Already running quick numbers in my head accounting for the sale they had going on, I knew we had found ourselves falling for a patio set that was a little more than what I was willing to spend. Curtis encouraged us to "discuss whether or not we really loved this set and not to worry about the price". We didn't need to discuss anything, we knew we loved the chairs. The ONLY thing left to worry about was the price. Maaaaaaaan. Curtis strolled over to the counter and strolled on back a few moments later calm, cool and collected like he knew he had a sale. At this point, I'm laughing a bit on the inside because this man has no idea how cheap I am. Ha! Welp, he got me. He made an offer that even the Ebenezer in me couldn't refuse. This is probably the best experience I have ever had for "not so small" purchase. When I sell a car, I hope my customers finish working with me and feel the way Curtis made us feel about the whole process. I can check a box off the "to-do" list and I don't even have to worry about it after the fact because it was a SMOKIN deal! Ask for Curtis, don't settle for less.

Curtis at store across from The Woodlands was outstanding. He knew his product, was friendly and patient as we looked at various sets. Curtis was helpful and attentive without being pushy and we never felt pressured.We bought a nice patio set with one extra club chair. It was a very positive experience. If you go to The Woodlands/Oak Ridge North store ask for Curtis…..he will treat you right.

Mr Curtis is an excellent Manager, he was so helpful with my order and delivered 1 day after my purchase. I had before a complete set of Chair King Furniture that lasted 20 years. Now I’m buying a new set for my new house, confident that it will last another 20 years!!

We were greeted by Tim and the store manager Curtis. They didn't swarm you but allowed you to browse for a while. We had no intentions of buying but after speaking with Tim, who is extremely knowledgeable about each brand that they carry, we reconsidered. What made Tim and Curtis standout from the other furniture stores was there friendly banter with one another that could be a legit comedy routine. They enjoyed their job and made the atmosphere enjoyable and pleasant to shop there. The last 3 furniture stores felt we were walking into a funeral home so we were not expecting such a fun and lively duo at of all places Chair King. Tim made sure we walked away with some information because we wanted to look up the reviews on these brands. I came back the next day to purchase two swivel chairs, two stationary chairs and a couch. Curtis was extremely helpful and made sure we had next day delivery with no extra fees. I appreciate the follow up the day of the delivery to make sure we were pleased with our purchase. Customer services is everything to me! If I purchase anything, I want to know that my concerns will be addressed. You don't have to settle with mediocre customer service. The new store manager Curtis & sales rep Tim made the purchase experience AMAZING!

We came in the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend. Curtis was very helpful and provided useful of information. He was attentive but not pushy. Curtis answered all of our questions and made some great suggestions. We wound up buying a nice 6 piece set with an extra club chair. Definitely ask for Curtis if you visit The Woodlands/Oak Ridge store. We had a great buying experience.
