-5 more like! Extremely unprofessional owners! They are rude and did not say anything about charging from day of pickup if I did not have them do the actual work to repair travel trailer! They kept changing things and at first said I had to pay the tow company bill before releasing trailer and if not picked up today, would start charging me for storage and then while on phone with tow company and my Insurance adjuster to make arrangements for pickup, he called and left a message charging storage from time brought there to have them give an estimate before they would release it. He even hang up on me for arguing with him! I called back and said; you hang up on me?! He replied; “you were talking over me and you can’t do that”! Are you kidding me?? Really extremely UNprofessional behavior! I did NOT feel comfortable with time frame and the changes verbally stated because it seemed that it was needing more items figured into repair, like fiberglass and changing things as we go in a way for them to get something more, not to help me!!!
