Have been here several times over the past year to get paint for various home projects. The staff here is very helpful. They have seasonal sales that are worth waiting for as well if you have a big job planned.

I visited this store on two different occasions to buy paint for a bathroom remodel. All I knew going into the store were the colors of paint I needed. Both Chase, the assistant manager, and Kade, an employee, were so very helpful. Chase was very knowledgeable about all of the paint options, answered all my questions, and helped steer me to a brand that would best fit my needs. Kade also helped me pick out ceiling paint, and carried the surprisingly heavy paint cans to my car. Overall a very positive buying experience!!

I came in for a gallon of paint but also wanted to browse for other supplies for a project. I came in at around 5 and was rushed the whole time, even though the store doesn't close until 6 and I stayed for about 20 min. I felt the young woman helping me really was not familiar with the products and asked another employee for help. He came over and was initially condescending to me, although after about 10 min, he softened his tone. I know I am a novice to home improvement projects, but I had done a little research before coming in and came for help. I was treated like child and felt uncomfortable. In the end, I did not buy any of the extra supplies I intended to. I was pressured to check out quickly and I think it is because someone with a bigger account was waiting in line to order. I specifically came to this paint store hoping for more specialized help than just going to a big box store, and left feeling more confused and irritated. I technically came out with the right gallon of paint, so they did help me in that instance.

I called this store to try to find out a paint color I used in my home previously. When Brad answered the phone, he interrupted me and told me that what I was asking was impossible. His tone was rude and condescending. When I told him that I had done this on multiple occasions, including just a few months ago to get a touch up color, he argued with me and told me that I could not possibly have done that, did not know what I was talking about, and that the system doesn't work that way. At that point, I asked him to search for my address or phone number. When he reluctantly did so, he found me and then proceeded to argue with me about the timeline for when I came in. When I asked to speak to the manager, he argued with me again. He was so irate that I had to disconnect the call and call again to speak to the manager. The assistant manager answered the phone when I called and was almost as condescending and rude. From other reviews, looks like this is a pattern, particularly with women. I will not go to this store again.

Useless!!!!!!3 employees and not 1 could help my wife and I.2 of them ran to the back and didn't see them the whole time I was there. The other one just engorged my wife until she had to get his attention because the other one customer didn't know what she wanted and had no clue to what she wanted.How do you stay in business when your employees don't want to work!!!!!!!!!I have spent a lot of money in this store before and never had a problem.I guess they don't need my business anymore and will go somewhere else where they won't have a problem taking my money.

I just left Sherman Williams in Collleyville, Tx where I had a commercial container shook up. I asked if I could have a gallon poured from the large container which I would pay for. The young man in charge told me that this store would not do this but other Sherman Williams might. I asked for a business card and was informed he didn't have a business card and there wasn't one available with the store address and store number. He proceeded to tell there was not a single business card in the store. Sounds like Sherman Williams in Colleyville wants to sell paint but give limited service . I definitely will take my business elsewhere.

Brad was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. He gave thoughtful advice to a novice painter and took the time to help me pick out colors for our kitchen. Great store with nice associates.

Went to the store and they don't have paint, but have some expensive stuff that doesn't work good. I am talking about emerald, don't expect to be able to mask after painting with emerald. Save your time and go to home depot, Sherwin needs to get their act together. Then to make things worse they take for ever and close at 4pm on a Saturday. Really..maybe it's better they close early
