“I brought in an old ring that the stone did not stay in anymore. Not only was I treated with complete respect, which is not something that always happens with a 22 year old in an expensive business, but the work was exquisite. The stone is now firmly held in place and I was warned on what probably made it come out in the first place and how to avoid that and the turned the obviously old looking gold band into looking brand new. I could not recommend this place enough.”

One of the employees Abbie would not let me leave the store until she tracked them down at another store and got them shipped to me! She even gave me the in-store discount. “Shan is amazing!! He went above and beyond when it came to helping us with our rings. It started by me casually checking and I found a ring I really liked and he was offering a great price for it. My husband works out of town, so Shan offered to hold them for us. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency that distracted us. Shan followed up with us and told us not to worry, that the rings would be there to focus on our family. I ended up finding another ring I fell in love with online. I sent him a picture of it and the price and asked if he had anything like that in that price range. He replied with a ring the same style, almost a half carat larger, for a small amount more. Shan was also able to fix a small scratch that was on the brushed part of my husband's ring. Highly recommend.”
