4.20.23 I came to this Home Depot because I needed 6 wood corbels. I thought they had the ones I was looking for. They were out of them BUT, they had some that were even better! You know how you come into HD and have to look around everywhere for someone to help you....WELL, this location was the exact opposite. Three, yes 3 HD employees helped me!! Thank you Hone Depot! I will be back!

I tried to return a couple of gallons of unused paint and was given a "Store Credit." I tried to get them to let me use it online since I am 70 and live over an hours away. Didn't care....neither do I for them any more. Won't be back.

Ordered some stuff got email saying it was ready for pick up showed up and they couldn’t find my order 3 days later same issue . They got all these young folks working and don’t do job right and are rude they need better management

I spent approximately $25,000.00 at this Home Depot Store in the past three months. I m finishing up a remodel and as always you need a few things. This morning I went to Home Depot for three 2x4x10 for the brick layer. No carts, except the ones Home Depot were using. 2x4x10s in total disarray. I spent half an hour trying to find three straight ones. Once found I had to carry them to checkout where I told the cashier I was a Veteran and asked for their 10% Veteran's discount. She told me that the Veteran's discount didn't apply to lumber. Funny, just a couple months ago it applied to the $12,000.00 lumber order I purchased. Giving a Veteran's discount doesn't cause me not to shop. It's appreciated but not necessary. Consistency is necessary. Either give the discount or don't but for crying out loud, stop monkeying with it. Long story short, left, went to Lowes and purchased my lumber which included a Veteran's discount.

New first time homeowner so I've become very familiar with this Home Depot. Always a good experience but recently it was especially great. I went in before work at 7 am. The employee that normally worked in the lumber department wasn't there yet, so Louis from a different department helped me, called a manager on the phone and made sure I walked out the door with exactly what I needed. Could have easily told me to just come back later. I appreciate that he didn't. Thanks Louis!

As I’m looking for kitchen remodel items, I have been asked multiple times if I need anything. Also, the employees are so kind! Several ladies have already struck up a conversation with me. It is so refreshing to walk into a place of business and see employees who are genuinely happy to be there. Great place!!!

I purchased a refrigerator on Friday and "Mr. Bob" in appliances helped us with our purchase. I called him first and he was excellent help over the phone. When we went to the store, he was even more helpful and pleasant! He answered all our questions, gave us helpful advice and had the absolute BEST PERSONALITY! I would highly recommend Home Depot, but more importantly - I would hope everyone is as lucky to have a "Mr. Bob" waiting on them! THIS MAN IS AN AWESOME EMPLOYEE! Thanks for all your help - you are appreciated and we left there happy customers!

We ordered a gas stove on the 13th of February, they had 5 in stock at the warehouse. They were supposed to deliver it on Wednesday the 17th, but we were put off because of the winter storm. That I understand. They called on the 17th and scheduled us for Wednesday the 24th. Then on the 23rd they called and said that GE would call us within 48 hours to reschedule. GE called and said we didn't get our order turned in on time (which was ordered on the 13th). Now they are saying March 4th (maybe). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!! Update 3/4/21 They called and said they would be there within 45 minutes. It only took them 1:37 minutes (with no call) and they brought out a damaged unit. HECK NO!! Finally received it yesterday in good shape. NO APOLOGIES or anything.

Spoke over the phone with a manager regarding items purchased but left in the the cart. Was hoping to get refunded but I understood that may not be possible. However, the guy I spoke with was extremely rude and sounded very annoyed that I would even call to talk about the situation. There's no reason to any the way he did. Be better.

Worst Home Depot I've ever been to. I've been here three times to buy paint and each time their employees were horribly inconsiderate, rude, had no manners,etc. You guys should re-evaluate who you have assisting customers because they actually suck. Do better. Also they should consider a job not in customer service since they seem to lack respect and eat behind the desk ignoring customers.

I waited all morning expecting an appliance that was scheduled to be delivered today. After doing some research, it appears it's been delayed for another week. How hard would it have been for Home Depot to communicate that information? I have no idea when they're going to deliver it. I would NOT recommend buying anything there that isn't in stock and ready to go.
