I cannot recommend Dr. Osborne enough! Dr. Osborne has been so amazing in treating my cat who was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, I really appreciate that she always makes sure to thoroughly address any questions or concerns that I have. She and the technicians always make sure that everything is clearly explained and she talks through every process so you are knowledgeable about what is going on. Every technician I have interacted with have been so kind and helpful. I am so thankful for Dr. Osborne and the amazing technicians who have provided the most outstanding care for my cat!

Edit: We took our cat to a better facility, we reccomend Dr. Baggs. Instead of simply performing a physical on our cat and trying to push expensive treatment for muscle atrophy without knowing the underlying cause, he did a proper workup with bloodwork. We found out she has FeLV which would have gone unnoticed at this center. We believe when this facility updated her vaccines it revealed the Leukemia, her immune system couldn't handle them. She's doing better on the medicine Dr. Baggs gave us to give to her for a week to perk her back up. Please reconsider bringing your pet here, they were able to get us in such short notice for a REASON.
If you care for your pet and don't want to be treated like a bad pet owner do NOT bring your pet to this establishment. My boyfriend and I brought HIS cat to Aggieland Animal Health Center & Pet Resort 7/24/24. She's old, mainly indoors but we will occasionally allow her on the porch supervised for some outside enrichment. She got a hold of a bat, her vaccines weren't up to date. So we took all the precautions necessary and took her to get an updated rabies vaccine and any other necessary vaccines. At first, the staff seemed very welcoming and friendly. This demeanor quickly changed. After they gave our cat her shots, they mentioned her hind legs. She has always hated her stomach and legs being touched, so naturally with them prodding she hissed at them. They said they could feel some muscle atrophy. They said she also had some tarter build up. They claimed she was IN PAIN from the muscle atrophy and dental build up. First of all, we know our cat better than you guys. Her habits have not changed. She eats normally, she plays normally, she walks and runs normally, we haven't noticed anything abnormal with her. Slight muscle atrophy is not uncommon for elderly animals. I have had animals with joint pain/arthritis, I had a poodle with dental pain, he struggled and sometimes refused to eat dry food we eventually had to have all his teeth pulled and put him on a wet food only diet (he was geriatric by this point). I had a yellow lab who, also elderly, developed Degenerative Myleopathy, his joint pain changed his habits, he was clearly suffering so we had him on Gabapentin as recommended by our good vet in Houston. I had a cat who my mother and I had adopted, she was declawed and was in pain from it for the rest of her life. We had her on pain medication because she walked funny, she'd flick her paws and lick them constantly. She'd sleep more than normal. Our cat has displayed no signs that she's in pain. No change in her habits. They left the room and came back a few times to "let us discuss our options for treatment." After a certain point, they began addressing me and NOT my boyfriend who is the owner of this cat and decides her treatment. I 100% feel they did this because they thought I would be more willing to want to go for the treatment. My boyfriend expressed our sentiment that we would not be pursuing treatment for muscle atrophy at this time. The lady with blue hair and a paw print tattoo's response to him was to make a "hmm" sound instead of properly acknowledging him. They then, to my absolute shock and bewilderment, turned to our cat and said, "What do you think about that ______?" Excuse me? When our cat is able to give you an answer...let us know. Our cat then jumped up on the seat next to me. They pointed to her left leg and said, "see how she only uses the right leg?" Continuing to pressure us. Something else I have experience with, is vets guilt tripping their clients. Guilt tripping us because we aren't choosing the $100+ dollar a month treatment for muscle atrophy that isn't affecting her QOL is disgusting. They don't offer payment/care plans. Again, she walks jumps runs fine. She eats fine and she's actually very active in her old age. We are getting a second opinion, we are also getting her booster vaccines somewhere else. I suggest educat

I adopted my cat from them in 2021, back when I was still a student at A&M. The staff remained as Aspen's veterinary care until I graduated and moved to San Antonio, and were the absolute best people he could have had for that role! They loved him dearly, and were so patient and kind to me. He was given the most wonderful care possible, and they were so helpful to me as a student/young adult with limited income, which I will always be grateful for.
Content warning: Pet loss
In particular, I will always be grateful for Dr. Hannes, Lauren, and Andrea for giving me the most kind and gentle help even as Aspen was hundreds of miles away, and I had called in a last-ditch effort to save his life. They continued to love him as their own long after we had moved, and I'll always remember how Dr. Hannes took the time to examine his blood work despite being in a different city, and call to offer condolences after Aspen passed.
This clinic is full of helpful, intelligent, and loving people who will give your companion the best care possible. If I ever find myself back in College Station, they will always be my first call.

We’re lucky to have a lot of vets around town, but this place is my favorite! I love that the staff knows me and my dogs, and the vets and vet techs do a great job explaining treatment, procedures, and pricing options (in detail!). I have an old dog and a dog with epilepsy, so their care and attention is so important to me. When I had to go to the ER at night, they reached out to check in after TAMU small animal hospital sent the records over :) definitely recommend!

We called most of the vets in town but found Aggieland Animal Health Centre to be the best in regards to information they provide and how helpful they were. Upon bringing our new Puppy Pug Luna to the vet, we were greeted with a very friendly and professional atmosphere. I could tell everyone there truly loved animals and I felt our pet was in amazing hands. The doctor was very informative and had a vast wealth of knowledge, experience and we will be transferring our other Pug here too strictly due to how amazing the experience was.Thank you!! ❤️?

Dr. Hannes is the best vet I have ever been to! After my Italian Greyhound broke her leg, I had a hard time finding a good vet in college station to continue her post surgery care. When I was recommended to AAHC, they got me an appointment quickly and have been so caring and efficient when it came to the complications following surgery. They have a great plan for my pup and have kept me updated and answer any questions I have. I'm so thankful to have found them!

Year after year, my three kitties always come home healthier than before! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and have gotten the diagnosis right every time. They provide coherent documentation which makes it easy to file visits with my pet insurance agency. The staff even reach out via online messaging to check up on your companions after a recent visit. Splendid! :3
