I'm a new plant mom with very little plant knowledge. The florists here are extremely patient, kind, considerate, extremely generous, and go above and beyond to help any way they can. They truly want to see you happy and see your plants thriving!!! This is my new regular florist shop!

The flowers are VERY pretty and seem super fresh. I'm happy with them. I'm giving them three stars due to the customer service. I ordered these a week ahead of time, but online it doesn't give you the option of a delivery time which is fine. The day before they were delivered I called the business just to get a feel for the time that they would be delivered. The woman that answered the phone was completely rude and didn't want to help me at all. I don't know, maybe she was having a bad day. She wouldn't answer a single question I had and wouldn't even tell me around what time they start their deliveries. Honestly, it 100% made me regret ordering from them at all. For anyone in this same situation, they got delivered around 9 am. The flowers are great though so if you just order online and don't interact with the staff you should be good.

My flowers were delivered on April 11 2022 and as you see they are still beautiful I do take one rose out and put it in the individual by vase for my desk but they are beautiful they are opening up and they are simply gorgeous thank you Easy Street Florist in Cleveland Tx. I appreciation you. the owner and also the manager they are so extremely nice. Their boutique is amazing you find unique gifts for every occasion the food and also the teas are amazing whenever I have a chance to go to CLEVELAND always stop in just to say hello they are extremely nice people thank you again

They knocked it out of the park with this arrangement. I got recommended this florist on a local Facebook group, and I called them up and set up a delivery a couple days before Valentine's Day. They came on time, the flowers were very colorful as you see and fresh. They did charge me an extra $25 for delivery to New Caney but that's ok, the quality of the flowers is definitely worth the extra money.
