The service department has had a family member's car for seven days now and has yet to even run diagnostics—definitely avoid this service center.
Update -- the most inept service manager, Shawn, and his counterpart Ryan spent days quoting unnecessary parts like wiper blades knowing good and well that a battery would have gotten it back on the road when an elderly woman needed her car back. Absolutely untrustworthy.

Very nice people to do business with. They made the buying process easy and were very fair on the trade in value on the vehicle we had. Drove almost 2 hours to see a Dodge Ram 3500 that supposedly only had a problem with the door control panel and tailgate. Come to find out when I get there, go to start up the truck and there is a check engine light. Started driving it and felt like it was slipping. I take it back to get the code read and more than likely the transmission will need replaced. One star for their honesty on the code. -4 stars for wasting my time.

I searched for 8 months for the perfect truck and price. I'm 56 years old, Rachelle and Alan made this purchase the greatest vehicle purchase experience of my lifetime. Their communication, their attention to detail, and service after the sale was completely incomparable to any buying experience I've ever had. I even had a slight issue after purchasing the truck. Rachelle did everything possible to make that situation right. I couldn't dream of a better buying experience. I can't say enough good things about my experience with JP Harvey Motors. I only gave them a 5 star rating because a 10 star rating is not available. I drove 7 hours from Mississippi to Texas to buy this truck and I don't regret one second. Drove four hours to see a truck. They were great about sending extra photos of the truck before we got there and very informative on the phone. Truck was exactly as advertised and process to buy was efficient and smooth. Rachelle and the rest of the staff were very friendly and down to earth. We had a much better experience than at previous, larger dealerships.
