We had an issue with an important piece of mail, Mike heard my concerns and worked hard finding my package. He followed up over several weeks and they finally found the package! Mike was a rockstar!

We continually get packages in our neighborhood delivered to the wrong houses. I don’t understand why, but it’s clearly marked with the correct address but they either go in the wrong mailbox or set in front of the wrong house. It’s been going on for over a year now.

Never have a problem when dropping packages here. They are straight forward with no issues. The drop boxes I can't seem to open though in the lobby. Is there a trick to this? I have to use the wall slot.

This is a great post office with super friendly staff. Don't come here thinking it's gonna be normal government customer support and kindness. Everyone here is really genuine and kind.

There is never a line here, if there is its only going to be one or two people. Super friendly staff and is by far one of the best post offices out there. Sadly they do not have an after hours drop for packages, so you have to go to Waco for that.

They lose packages most of the time,and when the patches are lost nothing is done about it. If the packages actually get to the destination they are left in the ditch. This post office doesn't even deserve a one star, in fact it needs to be restaffed

Always very pleasant people there to help. They go out of their way to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I say "they" because every employee there shares this work ethic. It's a small Post Office, so you get to know all who works there pretty fast. I wish all the Post Offices we're like this one.
