Update on service: Inside the bank, I've only encountered friendly employees who care about solving whatever issue I have come in to discuss. I believe this to be a solid branch.

Theresa is amazing! As soon as we walked through the door she greeted us with excitement along with the other 3 people in front of us- making everyone feel seen. She handled everyone in front of us swiftly and kindly. Our situation required a little more work than a typical transaction, but she stayed optimistic the whole time. She called to her coworkers for assistance and they happily jumped in to help and resolve the matter quickly. They all made us feel seen and appreciated our business.

OMG! I needed to transfer money to my brother that also has a Wells Fargo account. I called customer service to find out the best way since it was the same bank. They told me to go to the branch and the teller can do it. It was not possible through the app. I travel 30 minutes to the bank. Wait in line for 15 minutes and the teller tells me that it's not possible for her to do it, I have to go through the app. She offered me no other solution. I travel back home and call customer service again and finally get to someone that knows the banks process. There were a couple of options she could have done to help me. I gotta say I've had a number of horrible experiences with this bank. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.

Came here 3 times with the same issued and couldn’t get the same answer and still can’t fix the problem. That why I don’t want to open a bank account with this bank. Chase is the best.

Very poor (rather worst) turn around time for any customer service. Getting into the line explain itself is the pain point. Hopefully in future they improve the wait time for the customer service in the future.

This review is specifically for Katie at the Cedar Park Wells Fargo location. She went above and beyond for me while their AC was out on a 106 degree day. She exudes what customer service should look like in all businesses. Wells Fargo is lucky to have employees like Katie who make banking here worth it.

Rude smug you have to have an appt you have to show up before 4pm and they will leave you sitting for 40 mins until they close just to tell you they're not going to help you. Nothing is posted about their rules. Worst branch ever!

Wells Fargo is the worst bank ever. They have become the 7-11 of banks and no one there knows anything about banking or finance. They are check cashier's and that's about it. I had noticed my bank account had these charges on it and went into my branch and was told anytime I called in with a question they seemed could have been answered by self online they charge me for $3.00 What a joke and a scam. You know Wellssfargo has been Federally proscuted for setting up fake accounts to charge customers unauthorized feesMy. Business bankwas boughtuby Wells Fargo and it went from banking professionals to dealing with idiots. Other than having many branches for convenience there is no benefit to wellssfargo.

DO NOT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO, they do not care about you as a person or a customer and will not help you when you have gotten your account hacked and your money stolen even when you report it right away
