I have a business account with Wells Fargo and deposit a cashier's check every week at this location. Yesterday, I went in with cash to make a cashier's check and was instructed to return only when I had two IDs, which is undqerstable because maybe that is their policy. The teller was unnecessarily rude and condescending, I felt unwelcomed here.

I walk in with cash wanting to open a checking account and was told come back when I have appointment. So I walked out disappointed and went to your competitors bank.

Pathetic service. Had to wait 30 minutes for some one to ask why I am there . Exploiting the Covid situation still . Employees are more into thier lunch breaks than customers. Plan to move all account out soon.

I walked in to open a checking account the bank was empty and there were 6 workers doing nothing behind the counter. Only one of the ladies spoke to me then asked for help for me and a man in a blue suit said it’s goi g to be about 10 mins. Ok why when you guys are doing nothing I am going to contact the branch manager.

I went into the bank with a couple of pretty obscure requests and questions and Paige was extremely kind and accommodating. She provided me with tons of helpful information—she has the best customer service!

I went through the Drive Thru and Christopher has the worst attitude. I’m trying to explain and ask question about withdrawing money and he interrupts me at every word and I couldn’t hear anything he was saying.

Some numbers at the drive-thru ATM keypad stopped working. Next few days I started having unauthorized purchases on my debit card. Good thing it was auto declined. It has been more than a week of the ATM not working and no one is actively maintaining the machine. Really unfortunate.

Don’t bank with Wells Fargo. Went to the ATM on Friday. Was shorted a significant amount by the ATM. They confirmed within 5 minutes that the armored service switched $20s and $50s in the ATM, not to worry, all is ok. Several customers were impacted. After being at the bank for an hour, I ended up having to leave after a “fraud claim” was filed and call myself to ASK if I could be refunded the amount I did not receive from the ATM. After waiting on hold I was told that they would have to review the claim BUT it is at their discretion to take up to 10 days to decide on a refund. The woman said she “made a note” to complete the refund “in a couple hours”. Four days later and no call back on my “claim” or complaint, and absolutely no refund. This is a joke. After banking here for a long time, this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Four stars for the service provided, but when the cashier called me "sir" not once but twice, it felt sort of intentional... I do hope that when it comes to gender identity, equality, tolerance, and acceptance all people that come into this branch are treated with the respect they deserve no matter the opinions of the of the individual providing the service.

Had to wait in drive thru line for 30 minutes. Then still had to go inside cause of how long it took this is just ridiculous!
