We went in with our baby to get a new mattress, and everything was made super easy and fast for us! They even picked up and hauled away our old one and set up the new one for me!

We have always had great service with Walker so stayed with this company that was bought out by a family member.Not the same customer service at all. Not sure the affiliation with Austin Furniture outlet but that is who we also dealt with when getting the couch delivered. It was sent to us with one of the sections on back order with the promise of being able to get a full refund if unsatisfied. One of the sections we had delivered was a few inches shorter and defective on the back and when we tried to get refunded we were told could get store credit.Have been going back and forth for several weeks now because they finally came and got the furniture but no refund was given .

Walker's Mattress and Furniture on Whitestone Blvd., Cedar Park, TX.I am still waiting for my refund from this store on a queen mattress I bought 6 years ago that went lumpy after only one year. Owner was suppose to have filed for refund under warranty terms. I checked back frequently and no progress. Of course I had to buy new mattress but went elsewhere and got a Stearns and Foster. I still have 2 mattresses I bought at Walkers in my guest roomsbuts since they are not used frequently, no lumps so far! I am so disappointed with the store's owner stringing me along like this.

We were shopping around for a new mattress and visited the Cedar Park location where we were greeted and assisted by a very friendly and helpful gentleman by the name of Mr. Walker. He spent a good deal of time with us, helped us get exactly what we wanted, presented us with a nice discount, then helped us choose a great chair for the bedroom, also with a nice discount. The bed and chair were delivered exactly as promised by a very nice and hard-working young man by the name of Mauricio Ruiz. We live in a very hilly area of Lago Vista with extremely steep driveways but Mauricio was able to use his impressive strength to get everything unloaded and delivered to our room. Overall, we are abundantly impressed with the quality of everything we purchased and even more satisfied with the level of professionalism and courtesy we were afforded by Mr. Walker and Mr. Ruiz. We highly recommend this company and will return immediately when we require more of their impressive inventory. Thank you so much and have a great day…

Went in, and the salesperson was super attentive and not overwhelming. He answered all of my questions. They also have a lot of stock that can be delivered rather promptly, which is nice instead of waiting months.

I recently visited this mattress shop and was blown away by the level of customer service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mattress. They listened carefully to my needs and preferences, and even took the time to show me several different options. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase, which made the entire experience much more enjoyable. Although I ultimately didn't purchase a mattress from this shop, I was impressed with their selection and competitive pricing. I would highly recommend this mattress shop to anyone in the market for a new mattress

My wife and I loved the sales service here! We stopped at other larger chain mattress stores before coming to Walker Mattress but immediately knew this was the place to buy from after working with Jason. Their selection of mattresses was very well stocked with high quality mattresses to try out. The owner and his wife were very knowledgeable about their products. We ended up buying a bedroom set also because of the amazing deal he offered us. Also, their delivery team was top notch awesome. This was a random stop in for us but I would recommend you make this your destination location when searching for a new quality mattress and furniture at great prices.

Please avoid this business and go anywhere else! They are untrustworthy and will steal from a single mother with 3 small children. We purchased a headboard frame and mattress from them online. They scheduled a delivery and the day of, called to say the mattress wasn't in yet. So it was set up for the following weekend. It was all delivered and after we took the mattress out of the plastic, we realized that it wasn't the one we ordered and paid.After multiple phone calls and promises that the manager would call, shockingly nothing happened. We were told that they couldn't get the mattress that we wanted so they chose another one without saying a word. The one they choose for us is cheaper and not the same quality and attributes as the one ordered. They refuse to refund the difference and don't understand that what YOU think is a better mattress isn't what your customer wants. If that was true, then making different types of mattresses wouldn't matter and we'd all be sleeping on the same bed.Shame on this company!---------------------------Response to the owner: This entire situation was handled poorly. I'm happy to hear your daughter got married and I hope she is never treated poorly as you've treated mine. You dropped off whatever mattress you deemed "better" and hoped it wouldn't be noticed. If you couldn't get the one she wanted, SOMEONE should have contacted us about it. We could have come to your business and tried out other options so she could have gotten one that is comfortable for her. I would have even paid for a more expensive option if she wanted it, as that's what parents do for their kids, no matter how old they get. Instead, the mattress is now wrapped up in storage and I purchased her another one that she is now enjoying (and getting a good nights sleep on). We should have been given options, not just, here, take this.

We recently purchased a beautiful upholstered king size bed, and a mattress with a nice frame from Walker. The gentleman that helped us was friendly and helped us find exact what we were looking for!

My husband and I are moving and needed a new mattress, so we googled and found this local place and saw that the prices on their website were amazing compared to other big mattress stores, plus the reviews on here were excellent so we decided to go check it out and it did not disappoint! The owner gave us a deal on our pillows and was very personable and honest, which is really hard to find. We did not feel like he was just trying to sell us something. Highly recommend for all your mattress and furniture needs! We are beyond impressed with the price and service we got today :)
