Had the best car buying experience here at Toyota Cedar Park! Mario Vargas from sales was excellent to work with. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and ensured all my million questions were answered.
I had my heart set on a RAV4 Woodland and he delivered! I’ve been searching for this car for a few weeks and odds were looking slim. But he made it happen and found this car for me in the exact color I wanted too! Highly recommend working with him!
The one thing that stood out to me about this dealership was that they weren't so aggressive and assertive in selling me all the add ons. From sales, to Jon R. in finance, and Chuck the product specialist. They were all fantastic to work with!

Everything went very well. I liked absolutely everything. Very polite and friendly staff. I would like to express special thanks to my manager Dikap. Despite my poor English, he found ways to explain everything to me clearly. All this time he showed concern for me to feel comfortable in the car dealership. I would also like to thank the nice girl from the financial department Carol, as well as Eduard, who helped me translate from English. It was a great experience for me. In the end, I bought the car I wanted according to all my preferences. Thank you very much Toyota of Cedar Park.

Even though the wait was 2 hours long, Zsolt was very apologetic and explained everything my car needed in detail. All around great guy! I drive 30 minutes to go to this dealership because the staff there really care!

Very friendly and educated staff. Deandre (sales), Jon (financing), Jesse (client service), and Karim (insurance) really made the experience special. The facilities are impeccable and they seem to have a massive selection. Worth the drive to Cedar Park.

Our recent experience at the dealership was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Barbara, Dillon, and Jason. Barbara, our sales adviser, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind and patient, making sure that every single detail of our experience was flawless. There wasn’t a question she couldn’t answer, and she worked tirelessly until she found the perfect vehicle that met all our needs. Barbara truly made us feel like VIPs, going above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied.
Jason, the sales manager, also played a crucial role in our experience. He arranged for a loaner vehicle to keep us on the road while we wait for our 2025 Camry to arrive. Jason went the extra mile to locate the specific model with the exact features and color that my husband and I wanted. The level of service we received from both Barbara and Jason was extraordinary, and we couldn’t be happier with how well they took care of us. This team truly made the car-buying process a pleasure from start to finish.

Took our 2022 Sequoia for service and because it was overheating and the ac wasn’t working all the time. It has 30000 mi. We bought it in April 23 with 11000 mi as a Toyota certified used vehicle from the Toyota dealer who originally sold it. Apparently it had been in a collision and this was never disclosed to us. We were told the fan clutch broke and since it was not a certified Toyota part and was not repaired by Toyota it would not be under warranty. We were given three estimates and each one kept getting higher. The work needed to be done so we went ahead and approved it. And as much as it cost us, they could have at least cleaned our windshield! Poor customer service. We won’t be going back.
