For the most part, this is a great QT. They almost always have my favorite tea on hand and ready to go. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that sometimes they are out of splenda and they can't decide how much they want to charge for a cold refill. Haha! The staff is always lovely though.

What is the point of having the outside ice machine if it never works? I actually think they turn it off on weekends, so you have to pay the much higher price on ice bags inside the store ?

I love this store but lately these younger workers take forever to make our food and out talking about there boyfriends and personal life too loud that’s they forget they have to make out orders. I hope they shape the younger workers up like the staff they have had they are always great.

Went there today for gas for my lawnmower and was using pump #6 and the lever stuck. I was yelling for help and pushing the help button to no avail. No one came to me. Finally got it cut off by now I have gas all over my leg and shoes. Needless to say I went inside and the guy acted like no big deal. I said gas is all over out there and left. I am really disappointed in the employees and all the people outside that never came to help

There should be an option for zero stars. The QT by itself has no problems ,we love QT and will not stop coming. We might change the location we go to. My friend stopped going to this QT because a man by the name of David had horrible customer service. I now understand what he meant. Today I went in and he was very uptight and rude and I am frankly disgusted. I don’t want to be going into a store where I don’t feel welcome. Thats the last time I will go to that store.

Stopped in while my tires were getting changed across the street. Nice people as always with a pleasant hello when entering, and clean establishment. Ordered a croissant with Turkey and cheese, they forgot the lettuce and the cheese had the consistency of Kraft singles, not the best but not bad for a gas station sandwich. Always will recommend QT

I like QT and Bucees. These are the only two stores I stop at if available. Best gas prices and cleanest restrooms. Decent food at both. What lord do you need? The Cedar Park location is solid and normally do a great job. I am in there often.

I love QT for their wonderful coffee, but will NEVER eat their food prepared on site! A beef barbecue sandwich had an upcharge of 0.75 for four thin pickle slices and another upcharge of 0.75 for a half a slice of onion, total $8.11, the squirt of barbecue sauce was free. IF it had tasted good the upcharges wouldn't have bothered me. It was chopped beef, tasted like it was steamed or boiled meat with zero flavor, likely 1/2 c of chopped meat spread on the bun. I realize everything costs more than it did even a year ago, but that shouldn't make it taste terrible.

There are plenty of pumps here and they have always been operational. The convenience store is large--so many fountain drinks, fresh donuts, regular shopping, and alcohol. The lines have never been too long. There's good lighting at night, too.
