I paid for a $54 wash and the attendant told me my card didn’t go through to back up and leave. I pulled over reviewed my transactions came back talked to the manager and she said she’d void the charge. I asked why I couldn’t get a wash and she then stated she was confused on the situation. I’m not sure what’s going on but I will call my bank in the morning as services were not rendered and they don’t want my business.

Bought the standard car wash and detail $26. The mgr was great! The guy and the start of the wash was awesome. The hand dryer guys were great also. Now my experience changed. When I got to the detail section I had the side with an older lady. When she was ready she started flaling her arms and giving hand gesture instructions that did not make sense. When I failed to understand her she walked up to my car to tell me to back up and move over to the right some more. She was visibly annoyed which in turn annoyed me. I told her maybe you need to work on your hand gestures. I was so wrong to say that, I quickly realized at the end of my detail. I went to get in my car and sat down. Tried to move my seat forward and my electric buttons weren't working and the memory button wasn't working. Upon closer review I noticed that the side panel of my seat was pulled out of the latches. THIS IS NOT HOW I LEFT MY CAR.! They got the manager and she couldn't help me I didn't know either...she asked the brake check guys next door to look at my car they said. That's electrical we don't do electrical.
I told the manager that I couldn't drive the car that way. I am a short 60 yr old lady with back and knee problems and I can't drive the car sitting up at the edge of the seat.
The manager said well you'll have to go on our website and talk with the owner/corporate. There's nothing we can do for you. She was out of incident reports so she jotted all my info down on a blank page. She said the owner probably won't reply for 2 wks if he's busy. I kept asking her what I was supposed to do. She finally said it's an electrical problem that you probably had before you came here. I'm sorry but we can't do anything for you. I'll turn the incident report in.
For one, I'll never return. But I strongly feel that the older lady detailer must have had something to do with this problem. There was nothing electrical wrong with my car when I arrived!!! Otter you need to respond and try to fix this!
Also, the same seat that turned up broken had trash and crumbs under it showing they didn't even vacuum it correctly, I showed that to the manager she saw it when I threw the trash out. Also big smears on all the windows. Which was my #1 reason for getting it detailed ...was the windows. Not a good experience at all!

$35 - waited over 30 min for some very slow moving people to vacuum only the front seats.. entire back floorboard still looks terrible.

Was at other car wash for stronger vacuum, made me realize how decent of a job this one did and wanted to give credit. Just what you would expect from a good automated wash. Would go more often if it was closer!

They always go above and beyond. Best car wash I've ever been to, and I'm crazy particular. I bought the monthly package so I can go an unlimited amount of times and get my interior cleaned as well. It's so worth it. Good people work here. I've been going for 2 years now. I tried the other ones around here, and they all let me down. Never settle when it comes to you car

I love the staff here, but there’s a major pain point that’s been an issue since I’ve been a customer:
There is no way to tip employees without having cash. It’s 2024. Fix it, management. All that’s needed is a QR code and 5 minutes of work. I’ve been getting employee’s Venmos and trusting they split it up. Why am I doing more to ensure the financial well being of employees than ownership is?
After this is fixed, I promise to change this to a 5-star review.

First time trying this place, and it was the best experience I’ve had in years. I had so much tree sap I needed off my vehicle, and this was one wash later. Very happy with the customer service, scrubbing my vehicle before going in and spot drying when I got it. I will definitely be returning.

In mid November I came here to get our car cleaned as we are generally very happy with the service and come frequently. I accidentally left my pink yeti tumbler without realizing it until I got home. I returned approximately an hour later and someone who I believe is the manager helped me look but said they didn’t have it. I went back the next day just to check the lost and found again but no luck. I got my car washed a few more times since and today I went and saw a pink yeti exactly like what I lost sitting on the drink cart for the workers.I asked if there was a chance it was a lost and found cart and that I had left one that looked the same a few months ago. The worker said they had to ask the manager who was the same lady that helped me in November, she didn’t really answer his question and looked away. So I said, “remember, you helped me look a few months ago” she just dodged the question and didn’t even look at me either. I really like this place but I hope the workers are honest people. I’m sure lots of people have the same yeti - I’m just suspicious of my interactions with this one individual. I’m hoping when I go back next time if this is the yeti I left behind, it will be waiting in lost and found. I took a picture of the one I saw on the work cart. Mine would have had a dent on the bottom.

Did a fantastic job with the exterior and interior cleaning especially getting all the dog hair out the back of trunk of the van!
