used them to deliver a USPS package and the package got lost. Go and track the package and the USPS website shows they never even received the item from them. I asked and they said they gave it to the USPS and they dont have it, its the blame game. Funny thing is I have never had an issue physically giving a package to the USPS and them not having it. Wont be using them again, Im out $100 for a product that was supposed to be returned.

Something for everyone here. And the best customer service! I walked in to buy a gift but had no idea what I could get for my friend. I had a brief chat about it with the [employee, owner?] Awesome person behind the counter who recommended the perfect gift. My friend appreciated it very much, and I couldn't have found this on my own. Even if it were right in front of me, which it was.This is my first time here, but definitely not my last. Thank you!

I shopped recently at the Not Just Mail in Lago Vista for some Christmas gifts - OUTSTANDING ! wonderful, unique gifts and such a great staff. I bought a necklace for my wife and inadvertently left it on the counter, the owner Mike, drove it over to my house AND included a small Christmas gift to us as well from the store - I hope all Lago locals will support this outstanding new business. If you are just dropping off ready to ship packages the customer service is lacking. I might have stuck around to look at overpriced gifts, especially since I have a few more to buy for the holidays but I just wanted to get out of there.

Customer service was very poor. I needed to mail a package and I wasn't sure about the instructions but instead of the lady trying to help me figure it out, she just went and started talking to another lady that I guess was more interesting because she was probably going to spend money there, so the lady ran off, ignored me and just let me know that they don't have anything to do with the way things are handled. I simply just needed some help, figuring out the instructions for mailing it out.. she immediately walked off and started shopping. ( literally)with the other customer . absolutely atrocious and disgusting. I stood there and asked the other lady if I needed to do anything else with the package and at least she let me know that they would tape it up and she gave me my receipt.

Friendly, speedy service.Doors that open automatically or open inward would be a great addition for those carrying large or multiple packages.
