I had such a great experience with karinington she was such a sweet heart and showed me everything I needed to know I came in for foundation and lashes and she did such a amazing job helping me / teaching me how to use it I would definitely come back to her for any needs from Mac she definitely needs to be promoted!

I'm a huge Macy's fan but today I was very disappointed with the selection of plus size clothing. First of all, it's been a while since I have shopped the store in person. I didn't realize they had moved women's plus size to downstairs but when I got to the location, there was such a small selection. On top of that, everything looks really dated such as clothing for much older people. Please update your plus size selection with the same top brands as misses sizes.

I have been a Macy’s shopper for many years, I live 45 minutes away from the Cedar Park Macy’s store and I always keep coming here. The store it’s messy, clutter everywhere, even Walmart has it better than this store. I can tell this store needs better management and fast! Even the new cashiers are in great need retraining. To the young African American cashier in Backslash please find another job because you are not people’s friendly, you have no clue of customer service, you don’t know what courtesy is. You don’t even wear your name tag! I was serviced by her for the second time and my last because next time I see her at the register I will run away to find a different register. Macy’s please get it together you used to be a high end store now I compare you to ross!

I’ve been to this location multiple times and there is no one at the kiosk. The other staff just look at you standing there and don’t offer to help, maybe they can’t work the MAC kiosk who knows. Anyways, there is a MAC inside Dillards as well and they are always very helpful there.

I have visited other Macys stores in other states and they are so elegant looking and neat and then I go into ours here and it looks like a garage sale. why cant ours e cleaned up so we would enjoy shopping there?

Waited for over 20 minutes for someone to show up at the counter. Even asked another employee who said she "was out on lunch but has been gone awhile." This was at 5o'clock. Ended up going to Ulta

Came by yesterday to do some early Christmas shopping. My sister has her heart set on the lucky stars brush kit so I went by and was greeted by a wonderful MAC associate I think her name was lisa or something like that. She so wonderful she helped me get exactly what I was looking for and also gave me some tips on how to vamp up my look. I can not wait to come back. If you ever need any help or tip the young ladies at this counter are phenomenal! Keep up the good work I'll be back soon.

I have worn MAC for about 7 years. Lakeline location is the worst. I have sat in the chair multiple times for matching of makeup. Reps have said. I have in the MY Client added several times. Still unable to find in the system. This location is just a loss. I now have to walk around with miss match foundation and concealer for the next few months. I pay a lot of money for makeup. Just to walk around looking unmatched. Horrible save yourself the embarrassment of not matching. Go somewhere else. Not worth the mess ups. This makeup is expensive.

I was waiting for 10 mins and wasn’t asked once if I needed help. I knew what I wanted so I was just waiting so they could give me the lipstick I wanted. There was 3 people working and doing makeup so I understand they’re busy but at least acknowledge I’m there and tell me you’ll be right with me.
